    I used one out of a UC torana, Had to cut a little bit out of the bottom of the handbrake slot so the handbrake can go down all the way, Suited the car (ke36 panelvan), It was black with a silver insert, I don't have any pics.

    Still in the shed lookin like a POS, Front struts will be going back in this week and hopefully i will change the clutch master to the new one.

    No more 40mm carbs, Now have 4age 16v race prepped 45's that have only been used on a dyno to tune them, They arent really designed for low revving street use :S so it will take some getting used to, Gotta get the last double spring washer and an o-ring for the soft mounts and they will be bolted up tightly:

    Dunno dude, My brother has a few lj/lc spares, He just sold a 2 door and 4 door in not bad condition, I shall ask him what he has left.

    Oh god not you now... Piston slap :poke: If you get piston slap in an engine then its worn out, Grab a piston in your hand and the rod in the other and hold the piston straight up and down while reciprocating the crank movement.

    Ryan we have no problem with him wanting to upright his engine, Its the fact that people say it increases power or reduces piston wear that is annoying, He has already stated that he isnt doing it to put twin carbs on it anytime soon but if he wants the look of a normal looking engine then so be it.

    Ha Ben, When was the last time you beat your KE70 with your silvia, Now that would be a close race.

    So your hotted up 3k beat a stock internal 20v with a close ratio box and a motec, My stock 4age beat a stock 3k, WHat do i win. Maybe you should post more info on these cars.

    Ha, Do you go to the drags much? Without a supercharger blowing air into the engine at idle the engine wouldnt run, A topfuelers supercharger is also a part of the engine where as if you bolt a supercharger onto a everyday car it will give it a power boost but is not needed.

    I find out tomorrow if i will be putting some 4age race prepped 45mm webers on it and getting rid of the 40's, Shall be fun.
