I was wondering who's it was, I have had it for a very long time and i can't remember where i got it from.

They are identicle apart from the heater core pipe lenght, It has about 5cm extra on it which does not matter as it still fits, I have a JDM 2nd hand one here off the boss's ae86 racecar at the moment that I'm going to take pics of just to compare the 2.

You poor barstard, Bradken's QLD depot's (runcorn & karrabin) used to be a customer of mine when i was a feild service tech for red australia, I used to spend every thursday at the runcorn depot and its a hot, dusty, stinky dark place, Id hate to work inside all day everyday.

Your oil pump seal is your crank seal or were you talking about the gasket behind the pump?

I had an oil leak that covered the oil pump, Found that the cam seals were stuffed.

Shut up :D I do feel better now that i have learnt that the car has developed an electrical fault and is the reason that it wont start, So everyone else knows what we are on about, I drove the car out to the front today (1st one to drive the car since the rebuild), I told Terry he could drive it back down the back when we were closing up since i had the 1st drive but it wouldnt start, Slim rang while we were trying to get it going again and i told him i drove it 50m's and have already killed it, Ha. I even said to Terry that i havent even hit the track yet and i have broken it.

Yes the cams have to come out, Just unbolt them and pull them upwards but don't disrupt any shims and buckets, The toyota FAQ on here should have a tension specs page, Have you changed the oil recently? before you get too carried away try to diagnose the problem 1st, Take it to a shop and get them to put a TEE-KAY test on it (sniffs out exhaust present in the cooling system).

So f@$king hard to find a cheap T25 fwd turbo manifold and when you do find one they are 600+, I could probably mke one at work but i could not be bothered with the stuff around, I will leave the turbo for the ae71 and keep this atmo.

Thanks to Cabe toyota in California i now have a brand new water bypass pipe to suit a rwd 4age, Thats the final cooling system component i needed apart from hoses, Now to get cams and a harmonic balancer and i will take it into work and start with the build up.

Well i still have to go to a family function so I'm still out, can't i just be in 2 places at once.

Man i wanna go to that wreckers.

Its good to go now, Its just noisy and isnt tuned right but is drivable.

Ha, I'm fairly sure that he would be able to hear it start, Its still to get up on the hoist to have the extractors joined to the exhaust, I just can't wait till it gets on the dyno and the motec gets tuned for this setup.

Sorry i didnt realise you had posted, As Slim said it's not my car its my bosses, He posted it up on twincam and i transfered it all to here, I have mainly just done the work to get it going with the new engine, I also modified the seat rails so they can move on the tracks so i can fit into it too cause I'm supposably allowed a drive... I never actually seen the pipe hooked up in it but have seen what it was, It had to go cause it got changed to a smallport and the quads are going back on.
