If you use Tyre Size Calculator you should be able to calculate what size tyre you need to run to get higher MPH.

Its actually against the law for Pirtek to make them so they don't. A standard rubber line will expand and lose brake efficiency and power, The braid stops it from expanding thus making it more direct.
