For now, you should stick with your standard steel springs :) And no, I looked up the technical data, the ones they use for helicopter blades are a different grade to the ones they use for springs.

From running around trying to find out about all sorts of plastics etc, I discovered 3M Scotchply. This is how it's described: And among the many example uses are: automotive springs, trailer springs, and even helicopter rotor blades!!! I have heard, however, that it's not cheap stuff. But I thought it looked interesting!

Quite possibly. They use it to make all sorts of stuff. It's just about the cheapest plastic sheeting you can buy, and one of the most versatile!

My nephew was playing Project Gotham Racing 2 with me when he was 16 months old. He wasn't very good at it and kept crashing into things though. He was also playing Halo 2, and the scary thing is that he was actually succesfully killing people. 16 months old. That's just so wrong..

Hmm, turns out the first quote I got (for the 8x4) was wrong, that was for 3mm, and that was 8x4 feet which is about 2x1, just over. Price I got from CutToSize dropped a fair bit today, he actually called me and said he'll drop the price to get me to buy the stuff :) I think I might just :n:

Doesn't matter what your engine performance is like. I wouldn't go above a 15" rim for a KE35.

Hmm, Craig Newell is in his Gemini this year I think, uh oh, there goes class win for me :) I've never been able to beat that boy in anything, and his navigator is usually very good!
