Ah, Think its around 3-4mm thick steel tubing from bunnings. Really easy to work with, and strong.

Would anyone in adelaide have a pipe bender i could use? At the most, for 2 hours, i only have to do 2 bends, and the steel tubing is around 30mm thick, and tbh i don't have a spare $80 to borrow one from kennards, so yeah, would be appreciated.

Cheers dude, + do it! so much fun, you get experience, and a brand new strut bar for 1/4 of the price of a brand new one. Seen 'em at shops for $299 and mines cost about $60 so far. :wink:
