hhmm, considering your a hobbit you must not come out of your burrow much :S yes 4ac came in Australian delivered ae86 (sprinter) and ae71 corolla in RWD format. have a look at a few members threads and it would be quite obvious.. or wikipedia, google.. did you really even search?

yeah man, i have some jump vids.. but i can't really get them onto the computer :S yeah, mine have a fair bit of flex, they help to make it bounce haha the fiddy five sounds sick and goes surprisingly well.. unless i got back into my ke and I'm like OMG.. i over took a car on the way home without changing back any gears.. lol -
o really, i thought bar was an additional measurement of pressure that was unfamiliar to me... yay
-
okay, a quick update of newly accured parts turbosssss brand new cooler, still planning to top mount it either angled with a scoop or straight up.. could look a bit dodgy but i want it top mounted. genuine blitz boost gauge.... now just have to figure out what psi is in kg/cm2 hahaha
-
cam gear arrived today.. yay also had these for a while... 6kg trd springs for the front and some tanabie shocks. both jdm spec and made in j-land :S
-
i took mine out to 180... do you mean in 2nd gear or something otherwise that no big deal dude lol also what would you think that a 4agte be more responsive than a 4age? you tend to have the upper hand with a sc/na than turbo :bash:

mystery bus tour FTL..... i want these!!!!! -
hahahah i wondered how long is would take, bingo would be aiming for something like that maybe not quite so clean. some pics of the real car hahah note the tow bar has been removed (saved 10kg) and the rotor spec exhaust will be ditched for a side pipe nice and dirty engine bay. don't be fooled, under all that grime is a very good condition motor, perfect base to start from. motor has been transplanted from a later series 2 t-18
-
you want pics? yeah machg, ive seen your build thread, that thing was massive rusted.. personally i wouldn't have started it but neither the less, good work on it man.
-
yeah cheers mate. you should come out to this dirt fun day on sunday. if you have something that is capable of some non sealed action (my ke isnt)

do you need anything for the back? -
id recommend not going with a mircoleb they are mc arse... a lot better ecu's for the price
-
a better exhaust and a larger carb do wonders for power IMO. a better filter wont do SFA with a stock carb

okay lads, seeing as ive got some spare time on my hands i thought i would post up my latest project. it is a track only te72 (t-18 for those of you playing at home). its stock as a rock, body is relatively tidy with only some minor rust around the hatch seal and a bit of bog they had fallen out of the front guard from a previous repair. never mind though as i have a spare pair of front guards and a heap of other spares that came with the car. guards will get flared anyway so thats not an issue. the 3t and box are in overrated condition and are from a S2 (a few years younger). my plans are to turbo the 3t as they are a very tough motor and respond well to boost. so here are the future specs motor/box: 3tc t28 (picking up this weekend) top mount cooler, probaly an fc rx7 one blitz bov (picking up this weekend too) 32/36 weber boost gauge and controller side pipe electric fuel pump and regulator (unless i manage to be able to ghetto up a system to get it to optimum pressure without a reg) will get it going with the t-50 and stock clutch, will have to upgrade the clutch as it probaly wont handle this sort of power increase. box is overrated so should last quite a while. will be using either a ke70 bogy or s-series, locked of corse body/susy: removed every bit of equipment thats not essential for it to run/safety will be keeping gauge cluster tho. rear and quarter lexan windows 10kg front springs (currently in my road car ke70) chopped falcon or stiff similar rear springs probaly some new shocks/pads spot weld a lot of the car especially engine bay, front home made brace longer lcas and custom camber tops possibly twin rear sway bar/ghetto larger swaybar wheels: will be using what ever i have spare, probably wither 14x7 or 15x7 fronts and 14"s for the back, with spacers if nessesary other rice bits: rear wing of some sort, bonnet vent/scoop for cooler may have the cooler mounted threw the bonnet not sure yet. new white pressure pack/cheap paint on the green panels so its one colour. quad headlights most probaly or GT series 2 lights cheap harness old better steering wheel

haha yeah thats would probaly be me  i lived down there for a few months

haha, yeah well it isnt going to roll too easily is it because that would be kinda very shit... nah a high car will be fine with them.. infact i even have some loose new (500km's old) 215/60's if you really want to get into some off roading.... hahahah but these 195's have probaly 4mm of treat left so shouldn't puncture too easily. too many people are all talk and not enough action (attempts to stir people up so they get off there arse) can't say that there hasnt been enough notice.. -
a dude with a ke70 used a ta22 rubber mount or some shit and it a bolted 3t to a k-series x-member.

they are 14x7 -5 with 195/60 will they fit? they would rub on my guards when i turned the wheel about a turn. but my car is quite low these days  -
yes lol, it has no power down low at all. fuel comsumtion up  perfomance down... until it get up in the revs keeps pulling as far as your willing to rev it. will be better when i fix this exhaust, still a little too restrictive for up high revs.
-
yeah id like too see when your done.. yes it is possible to make them worse than factory  take it slow, put some thought into it.. don't forget to make sure it clears everything check twice cut once :no2:
