every year toyota nz has a big conference, and they hand out prizes for such things as presidents cup for best dealer, and the excellence cup for parts departments. this is for all 55 dealers in nz. I'm pleased, and very proud to announce the we, bowater toyota, have won it this year! as we did last year! making us the ONLY dealer to have won it back to back. its also the 4th time we have won it :D I'm kinda happy bout that :D :dance: :dance:

yes but the odd thing about the injectors beofe the butterfly is position doenst alter power as much as it does when mounted after. guess thats to do with the fact that no matter how the fuel enters the butterflys, it exits the same way all the time

haha just get a 4age! you will need to recast the head. and make it ohc. so basically its not possible

they will be, gtz injectors are good for 15-18 psi on a turbo engine.... or 250-300hp. so will handle a sc14 easy.

teddy, when the police are burning their confiscated drugs, stand UPWIND =) it would be a lot of work... and prob creat more probs than it would solve. to relocate the plugs youd have no choice but to put them on th eother side. id leave them where they are. and maybe mount the injectors on the other side. however you have pushrods and water jackets to worry about.... I'm gunna say its impossible. and i don't get what you mean about the ports? but don't stop thinking ;)

the stock ecu can handle it afaik. gtz ecu can handle around 12psi i think. the hardest part is mounting the sc14. its not a direct bolt on. needs brackets changed

wow! some one who made a mistake, realised it, and publicly admitted it! =) there was alos the fuel crisis that added to ford not making a v8. holden got the a9x etc through, by not actullay relasing them as models, but as options. they did that alot, pick up a copy of aussie muscle car mag, they usually have a good explanation in there. a9x for example is not the model name (gt, gl etc) but the factory code, a bit like ae101 in the corollas

haha what i meant is the te7# is the forefatehhr of the ae86, ae86 replaced the te7# the celica supras etc are different models =)

yup the old te7# often found with the 2tge, daddy of the ae86, uses a lot of same/similar parts. rather cool cars

that debacle was caused by bloody scarmongering reporters. the reason for the jap "cap" was similar.
