The way I see it I have an unlimited download plan so I should rape the internet, and thats what I do. I also have a vpn setup to sweden so my shit is not trackable, at all, by anyone.... Sweden has the best privacy laws, and meatballs in the world.

it seems to me that there are more KE2x corollas in Adelaide than any other part of the country and considering other cities have larger populations that doesnt really make sense, is there any particular reason that SA has a buttload of nice old corollas??

get the celica for sure. anyone that says parts are too hard to find hasnt tried hard enough.... ebay alone has a shitload of parts. The celica is classic and the bitches will be all over you in a celica. You can lower a celica and stick some nice old school wheels on it and BAM your done, you have a pimpin cruiser that gets mad respect and gets your balls sucked. If you lower a KE70 and put some wheels on it you look like a tryhard drifter in a poor-mans sprinter and good luck finding a bitch that will suck your balls in that car. so the important question remains: do you want your balls sucked??

well the car is back together now and it looks sick, ill get some pics when its in the sun, I'm really impressed with the job my painter did and the price he charged me. I also got to drive it around the block a couple of times to clear out the cobwebs and even though I couldnt get out of first gear it still put a massive smile on my face and reminded me why ive been f@$king around with this car for the last 15 months. TE27 tacho dash is being installed right now, ill put up some pics when it is completed. pulled the clutch and gearbox out.... the clutch is fine but the gearbox wont select gears so ive left it with a mate who is good with that sort of shit and hopefully he can fix that gearbox otherwise it will be replaced. I was hoping to have the car registered by the Anzac day long weekend but I think this gearbox is going to waste some time so the start of May is a more realistic ETA now. Does anyone have a contact in Sydney for repairing and polishing wheels?? id even be willing to travel to wollongong/newcastle if the price was right.

I have clients who pay six figure amounts so their multi-national companies can have IT support and they are lucky to get a response within 4 hours, so I think you are being a bit unreasonable with the websites admin. Maybe give them a day or two before you give up

well my KE25 is getting close to rego so I figure I should start a thread. I bought this KE25 about 15 months ago from a mate who had crashed it into the back of a hilux. I was after a KE25 (I had a KE20 at the time) and his insurance company didnt want to fix his car (wasnt written off) so I originally planned to just buy the car and swap the engine, tranny and diff into my 20... but when I seen the damage and realised it was easily repairable I decided id fix the KE25 because ive always prefered the shape. this was the damage, you can't see it too well but the radiator support panel was caved in: it took me a while to find a replacement support panel, I ended up finding one on this site and I can't remember the name of the user (sorry!!!) but I owe him big time because he cut it out for me and posted it all for next to nothing. I then decided I wanted it to look like a TE27, so far ive only got the fender mirrors installed but ive also got a front lip ready to be painted and some TE27 flares hopefully being made. ive also got a TE27 tacho dash that will be installed in the next week or two. but without the right wheels its never going to look JDM... challengers just wont cut it in this case. so everyday for a few months I would search ebay for mazda wheels and then one day I found these: 13x7.5 & 13x8.5 SSR MK2s..... they need a good polish and the centres painted but these wheels are going to make the car, and I dare say I will be the only person pimping MK2s on a xE2x (definitley in 4x110 PCD anyway) in Aus engine-wise its still the same as when I bought it from my mate. Bigport 4age, haltech, cams, not sure what else I don't have massive plans for the engine yet. id like to piss off the battery and clean up the engine bay a little bit but for now I'm happy enough with the power and unless there is a turbo being botled to it I'm not going to waste any cash on little mods to the engine. and this is how it looks as of today: once the window is back in ill get it picked up and towed to my mates workshop so we can have a look at the gearbox and see if it needs to be replaced.... and once that is sorted it will get registered. I'm hoping to have it registered by this weekend, but I think next week sometime is more realistic. Once it is registered I'll get the MK2s polished etc and some tyres and then I can start to look at how low it can go with those wheels, the flares and front lip all installed.... the plan is to end up with something that looks like a TE27 and goes like the clappers

holy f@$k that is the sexiest KE3x I have ever seen!!! I'm not after TE37 flares but I am after TE27 flares so if anyone knows a source let me know..... before anyone mentions Meridian, ive tried and they said they don't stock them anymore.

when I'm driving the KE25 I like to listen to some Bowie, Queen, PF, Zepplin, Hendrix etc.... you get some funny looks pulling up to the lights in a 4age powered KE25 that revs to 12K and has "under pressure" pumping out the stereo and me sining along like some heterosexual freddy mercury

I don't mind it, but ive always liked the little square Scions.

Ive only ever completely lost control of a car once and it was in the wet, but it hadnt been raining. A water main in Miranda had burst at this corner near Miranda fair, I came up to the corner doing a safe speed for the dry but when I hit the water it went sideways and I over corrected then it spun back again and yadda yadda I end up see-sawing on a medium strip on one of Sydneys busiest roads. luckily I didnt hit anything and didnt do any major damage to the corolla, the adrenalin was pumping so I jumped out of the car(KE20) and pushed it back on to the road and drove away like nothing had happend. only damage was a dinged sump and the car needed a wheel alignment.

a pound of coke would be worth over 50K, I doubt someone would misplace a pound, I think the americans might have been embellishing their stories.

keep an eye on ebay as well There were some 13x6 superlights on ebay less than two months ago that went pretty cheap, i considered getting them but ive already got too many sets of wheels. the real hard ones to find are old school SSRs in 4x110... Ive only ever seen the one set for sale in Aus, and I bought them :-) But if I had my time over id change to 4x114.3 straight away and save myself a lot of hassle.

KE25 is at the panel beater and will be back soon hopefully. since I originally posted this ive found a set of SSR MK2s (13 x 7 or 7.5 front, 13x 8.5 rear I think) for the KE25 but they need to be polished so they wont be on the car for a month or so. besides that ive just replaced a few bits and pieces in the interior to clean it up. the KE20 will be sold asap, I need to move houses soon and I wont have room for three cars at my new place. it will be sold with no rego or blue slip, missing a panel or three and the front drivers side wheel has a wobble.... so it will be sold cheap. But it does have a 3tc, T50, pimp status and an engineers certificate. i'll put up some pics asap, if anyone is interested send me a PM

those rules don't apply to sydney roads.... apparently. I usuaully find on sydney roads in traffic the left lane is usually the faster lane, but not by much.

I'm in the shire too. at the moment i get the train lol.... if you ever get the train from cronulla to sutho, look north just after leaving caringbah station and you'll see a KE20 parked in a driveway, thats mine. and on the other side of the fence is a 4age powered KE25, thats mine too.

with KE2x if you take the front guard off you can see a notch in the frame where the bottom of the fender mirrors sit..... its hard to explain, just take the guard off and have a look, if its the same as a KE2x you'll know what I'm talking about when you see it.

KE35s would look just as good with the lip i reckon. ive got one like the bottom one for my 25 but I havent put it on yet.
