  1. Front mudflaps? Hmmmm, now there's a novel idea..... Got scrut done today by the amazing Dave Wood. The man is a legend. We're good to go! :)
  2. I would like you to know that I got a substantial amount of mirth out of that! :P Wooo hang on, I think I have it.... ROFL!! :) ;)
  3. Firstly: COROLLA. Most of these question could be answered by a trawl of google.com , looking for 3sg power or similar. If money is no object, neither is the engine. You are only limited by your imagination. I don't know about you, but I can imagine some really neat things! :) Just remember, you punch 300hp+ through a front drive, you'll break things. Cheers R
  4. MMmmm, I don't have a spare half an hour to wait for the photos. Do you have any 56K friendly ones? :) Ta R
  5. I'm impressed! And believe me, that takes a bit! :)
  6. In that case I'll have a red one please! :) Our old TCCA tops used to be white. White + cars = BAD!!
  7. Blue is great for me. Large please. I was involved in the Toyota Car Club in Victoria getting permission to use the Toyota name, and it wasn't simple. Toyota wasn't allowed to be used in the same font, and no logo that was connected with Toyota was allowed to be used, under threat of disembowlment and death. But then again, we're not asking Toyota, however, we do turn up to the all Toyota Day.... *shrug*
  8. And if you go travelling overseas, you can be assured that for 95% of the time, the toilets will be clean and pleasant! :) Believe me, this can be a big plus....
  9. Punctuation is your friend. Comma's can be used to break up sentences, and make them much more reader friendly. Anyway, how old is your thermostat? Is it working correctly? Otherwise, take it to a radiator shop, and get them to do a check of the system, mainly sitting it there with a thermometer in the radiator, making sure that the thermostat operates as it should. You can also simulate this with a pot of boiling water at home. However, at the mechanics/ radiator place you can see how your guage reads in relation to the real temperature. If it's too far out, you may need another temp sender, or a new guage. Cheers R
  10. Tom to the rescue....? :)
  11. Good rubber doesn't always mean low profile. Good rubber is what sticks to the road best. My grippy-est set of tyres are a set of 175/65-14 Azenis'. You can buy some sets of low profile tyres that have a worse compound than, say Bob Jane All-Rounders. When they get low on tread you can chisel new grooves in them. Low profile doesn't necessarily equate to performance. You pay for what you get. Cheap rims and rubber? You get the picture..... R
  12. I only have hard copies, but am willing to fax them to anyone that wants them, but hurry, because I'm going to use them shortly!
  13. The test and tune won't as there won't be any Stewards in attendance. The Khanacross will, due to there WILL be stwards there! (I'm personally hitting the khanacross with Bluey...) :)
  14. Doing a search on this site for , say 4AGE or 3SG. Or I know there's a CA18 in a KE55 thread. There's a lot in here about making K series motors go as well. Alternatively, google.com is your friend. The words how long are a piece of string sound come to mind. The possibilities are only limited by your budget and imagination. I own a KE55 with a 2TG in it. At this point I consider my KE25 with a 3K motor to be quicker than it. It all depends on what you want to do. Good luck. :P
  15. Very nice Fook! I had a brand new still in the box LSD for a Corolla a few years ago. Paid $450 for it. Held on to it for a while, and then sold it for profit!! :P
  16. Oooohhhhh, I'd forgotten about the khanacross........... Hmmmmmm...
  17. I spent three hours there last time I was in the UK. I picked up my Sparco race suit from there at about half what I would have to pay here. Honestly, there's nothing like Demon Tweeks in this country, as far as showrooms go. It's the size of a factory. The photo doesn't show the tyre bay or the exhaust bay, either.
  18. you should be able to try it out at... say Aspley Macca's? :P
  19. That's too much work for those of us that have trouble even finding where the keyboard is....
  20. ....and thanks to Datgirl for the mini fridge and, wait for it, signed Carlos Sainz photo!!
  21. I love birthday's. New plates for new car!!
  22. Thanks Guys, yes it really is my birthday today. I got my present a couple of days ago... :P
  23. Also on this thread here: http://www.rollaclub.com/board/index.php?showtopic=1447&hl= Happy hunting!!
  24. Sleek? All I'd be able to think about is Fat Pizza!! I have a set of inertia reels from Bluey you can have if you want em. Should fit......
  25. Fook, it takes twelve months to learn a new car. I believe I won't really do justice to the blue car until at least that period of time has elapsed. Until then: car time, car time, car time...... no substitute for time behind the wheel. Each car requires different skills.... as you're currently finding out. The first priority is and should always be, to have fun. Isn't that right Mel? :P Teddy, I blush, but there's much better around than me, I assure you.
