The manifold is a Lynx jobbie that you can buy off the shelf. The Carbs are Dellorto DHLA40's, purchased at vast expense off Jamie, then sent to "The Man" in Redcliffe. One day soon they'll go on the Dwarf. Probably just before the Qld Challenge....

It is with great sadness that I report that Datgirl and co, in the help.org.au skyline gtr (car 835) have had to retire from Targa with terminal engine failure. :) :D Still, she had two and a half days of excessive speed. I'm sure she will give a report when she gets back... R

I got an SMS from the Targa Tart today..... She had just had a photo taken with Jim Richards, and was getting a lift from Parc Ferme to Drivers briefing with Coral Taylor. :) I think she maybe enjoying herself.. :D First stage is tomorrow.. R

3TG powered KE25. This thing is a rocket. I knew the car when it was in Victoria and was painted orange, and was road registered. It was fast then, and it's quicker now.

Fun day had by most. As we scientifically removed one of the front wheels off the Dwarf last weekend, I was reduced to driving a Datsun. Made even better by the fact that the owner was not there to see me drive it! :D (Thanks Datgirl!) As much as I hate to admit it, the Redatto was a hoot to drive. God, I never thought I'd say that. It stuck to the road like glue, and has more balls than a Keno barrel. It may be enough to turn me to the Dark Side! :)

Unless the 2004 manual says something different, there is nothing illegal about plastic fire ext. brackets. I have two, I have been told that I should change to metal, at which time I advise them that Chubb Fire recommend plastic, especially in cars due to vibration and chaffing.... Back to the three wheeled Corolla....... R

What size SU's, and what needles are you running in them? They're really finicky with what needles are installed on them. If they're 1 1/4 Su's, they maybe a bit small. Once they're sorted, they're a great carb though. Location?? R

I'm too scared to work out what the Dwarf owes me..... :D
