Didnt end up being too bad actually. Just had it pressure tested and resurfaced as it wasn't so warped that it needed to be dismantled. City had an exchange head but they wanted $600! I could of had the whole thing stripped and build from the ground up for that.

I think thats the ONLY thing wrong with ae86's, other than that their a great car just not worth what they sell for IMO.

I probably wouldn't go white walls. I think my car only just pulls them off and thats also very opinionated. I think my colour scheme does it a huge favor with the walls otherwise they would look wack. Ohh and 20's look hot with 13s! Just need the correct height and stance with wheels otherwise can look shite.

No way, poo brown is where its at these days! 80 series tyres are looking hot on the rims Roo. Do you have a pic of the rear? or not converted to 4x114.3 yet?

Some Yoko's would make a beautiful ride, usually quite soft and stick to the road well. Nankang's are usually a harder compound so would have a longer life and are pretty good for cheap tyres.

Spotted a very clean KE30 overtake me on saturday night on Angle Vale road, orange in colour looked good, also rocking a www.rollaclub.com sticker.

How wide are they? They will fit inside the guards, my superlites stuck out around 30mm. 175/50/13 is what i'm running, but 165's would make them fit within the guard. By the way those rims are SEX. I want them. Ohh and i'm the only one that is going for a te27 look on a ke20 lol.

This thing looks so clean. Such a pimp machine! Not surprising about the install 99% of people don't know what their doing when installing a system in a complex electrics car. Glad its all sorted.

Yup! Although it was depo to depo, k50 snuck under the weight bracket. Just sat on a pallet from Gold coast to Adelaide!

Well i think I'm going to nominate my own car (a little sad?), although NOT this pic. A new shoot in an exciting location is in order. Also i want to nominate Ryans ke20 also as shes a beast ;) (Although i havent asked him I'm sure he will be fine, i can do some photos for him, mabye a nice skid? haha)

I used www.e-go.com.au about a week ago to send a gearbox. It was DIRT cheap, cost $13 for a 30kg gearbox.

As appose to having my head machined as she is warped is there any head exchange places that anyone can recommend in Adelaide? Also if they didn't have a 5k head what's the process for fitting a 3k or a 4k head?

Looks like my 5k head is warped since its blown a brand new head gasket in 2 days, wheres a good place to get her machined in Adelaide?

You have two gears, most engines are not economical at 4000rpm + on a highway, thats what Ive found with mine! -
