here are some pics of a local 'rolla it's a te37, 2tc, t40, VERY little rust; it's really in awesome shape at 220,000 miles. he needs window weatherstrips, a headliner and other little doo-dads, we can't get 'em over here i posted this to show the differences in the u.s. models

hey rob; it's probably gonna be about 200lbs heavier over here due to the side intrusion bars and bumpers. a guy came into work today with a super clean '76 te37. i'll post pics soon as i get 'em

ok makes more sense....i want to think you meant "te30" rather than ke30 (or 5 for that matter) why not just put a 4age in it, they're really plentiful, there's TONS of info on how to do the swap and best of all......they're cheap if it's as clean as you say, i'd say it's worth at least a grand i just turned down an offer for 5 large on daisy

was for me, i anticipated the stud issue when i first swapped in the 4k, so after pulling those 4 bolts, i was able to remove the cover i think i had to lift it against the seal with a screwdriver, not something i would recommend. oh well, there IS a right way to do it, not mine, but i did get away with cheating...........

that is a u.s. spec te37 (corolla sr-5); look at the bumpers...... i think those are utah plates i actually had those same wheels on daisy until i swapped over to discs

daisy would do that; but only on 1 wheel getting new brakes today so maybe no more

hey the dizzy in those photobucket pics is for a 4kE or 5kE, not sure on the 5k as we never got the 5k it's the same dizzy daisy uses the one pickup fires the coil the other pickup fires the injectors.....fyi btw; you can leave the inner connection disconnected, the retard just helps for emissions on deceleration. however the advance could be too high without it

you need to sell this to jamie, doug....... it's too bad you're so far away; bubba would make an excellent donor car 3tc, t50, s rear axle w/ 4.10 gears, factory a/c.......sigh
