ok 4ag into ke30/55
few questions.
wiring the two together.
obviously you need to wire your ignition switch into it.
give the ecu constant power.
question is though.
how to wire the fuel pumps?
do they got o the ecu? or to the body loom?
same with the starter motor?
also is there a control module that controls the idle when headlights etc come one? in the body loom?
because i would like to wire this into the ecu.
please help. been going absolutely crosseyed looking at these diagrams!
Littleredspirit? or chris gt? you guys help?
Hey mate good work with the car!
personall i'm not a fan of KE70's
but done right i do appreciate em!
and yours is looking the goods~!
a little low tho!
any plans for paint?
http://www.tgautomotive.com/product_p/33h3cm11100.htm
this would be good!
pretty pimp and not quite as bulky as the in car sliding ones!
now who to do the install!
Update!
feels like Christmas!
blasted and powdercoated my custom x member!
recieved my 20v flywheel,my surge tank
and my cooling bits thanks to Sam Q
the quality is great!
mate i work at paint factory.
and i know exactly what went on my car!
and it works and that is how most new cars are spray painted!
also that is a very common method these days for a lot of things!
60percent o the work we do is that method!
definately!
my car is an acrylic basecoat with a dupont oe8000 2pac clear coat!
the basecoat coulour being acrylic makes it really easy to put on!
once that is perfect put about 3 coats of clear! buff and it'll perfection!
glassy mirror type finish!
alot easier than tyrying to use 2pac for the colour straight up!
acrylic is perfect for diy!
if you stuff it up its really easy to sand!.
my car was sprayed with acrylic and the bay too!
most new cars are acrylic now aswell!
just use a 2pac clear coat! in fact all new holdens and fords are acrylic with a 2pac clear.
give it a shot yourself!
the engine bay doean't have to be 100percent you don't see most of it!
be a good experience!
a little tricky in some areas but if your patient you can work your way through it!
mettalic won't matter so much in an engine bay.
there are that many different angle that you won't really notice if the metallic falls wrong!
i did my engine bay on a hangover and it was the first real thing i'd sprayed!
although i didn't use a metallic paint!
i did however put metallic in the clear!
what type of paint? acrylic or 2 pac?
for the rest of the car a pro is a good idea though!
Yeah shave the locks!
i wouldn't put a start button in tho.
in my opinion its wanky and should stay on the lambo;s etc.
but great work with this car!
should boogie a bit with a 5k!
spent the day doing more body work!
and found more rust!
almost ready for a lick of primer!
this is the damage a poorly strapped battery can do to your panelling! :P
RUST!
yep defected,
regency is the place it goes.
and basically they'll go over it with a fine tooth comb.
basically it won't ever leave!
so i bet its either getting a rebirth or its gooing to the scrapheap!
mind you not all defects are regency!
powdercoated my window separaters!
alternator pulley as well
also pictured are my brand new inner tie rod ends
and also urethane bushes for the rear shockers (where they mount to the chassis)
sandblasted and painted my leaf springs!
regency is soooo gay!
they're not letting you lower it much at all!
other states your allowed to go lower.
they really need to conform all the rules!
but then again what they are telling you can't be right!
a 300zx stock is low as!
