  1. She's not perfect, but she's mine :laff: AE92 CS Corolla Hatch 4A-FC engine 3spd granny-matic White Interior is in immaculate condition, exterior isn't too shabby either! White as white can be.. Plans? Stick my headunit in, sub in, front speakers in, drive... Pics up tomorrow when I take some ;)
  2. Well.. It fell through... BUT! All is not lost :) Tomorrow I'll be picking up a 1989 AE92 CS Corolla Hatch :D Rapt with it :blinks:
  3. Spotted a KE70 with attitude down Hull Rd last night, red P's, female and a little impatient :D If you're out there, I was the P plater in the dunnydore following you for a while :)
  4. Possibly. But this one is cheap, ive test driven it and its in rather good condition. Well.. I found a full power steering setup for $130 (includes everything needed) on eBay, going to pm the seller as he states that "If you require fitting let me know and will work out a good price" Hmmm..
  5. Croydon. I'm still unsure as to whether or not this would be worthwhile yet, as i'll have to see how my parents both go with driving it (Dad just did his back again today and mum isn't physically strong anymore). Thing is, even if I do grab the parts, what am I going to be charged for installation? Hmm :(
  6. Hey guys First thing is first, finally sold the Falcon :( Next Monday i'll be acquiring an AE92 Corolla CS Hatch :D Now.. The only thing I'm not 100% happy with is the lack of power steering. For me, this isn't an issue, but for my mother it could be :laff: Sooo.. Here's the question.. What would it cost me to have power steering put in? (If it is at all possible, I'd rather have a mechanic do it than me attempt it and fook it up) Thanks guys :D (P.S. Car is costing me $1900 with a rwc and rego till the end of September. Know what is amazing? This guy is spending $1000 on work at the mechanic for the rwc this week for me :hmm:, he's cashed up and isn't looking to make money)
  7. SOLD. Please close thread, thanks :(
  8. They took it off :) It's still for sale :S
  9. Alrighty Ladies and Gentlemen, Now I have your undivided attention :) Is there anybody on here that is able to accompany me to Footscray this Friday July 9 at around, say 10am-ish to go have a squiz and possibly purchase a.. 1984 KE70 slanty front. Alright, so the dealership want $1999 for it with RWC and rego till the end of November. I'll be catching the trains in (lilydale line, then any train that goes to footscray) and hopefully driving it home :S I don't want to go alone for the reason that i'll end up getting f'd over and i believe i could haggle down the price a couple hundred (which would be handy) The reward? I'll drive you home in my new car :) Oh, and here is a link http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/dealer...&__Qpb=true Thanks :D
  10. Okay, well, I'm going on Friday to have a look-see at it :) Ill be having a fair old look at it, going over it with not only a magnet, but a fine-tooth comb. May need somebody to come with me to help with the bargaining though..
  11. If I could bring them down to $1800 that would be perfect for me.
  12. Well as long as my car sells this weekend (guy coming down with cash tomorrow or Sunday depending on when he has to work) then i'll catch the train up there and drive it to VicRoads then home :) Also, interested in a Ford KB Laser for sale for $1650 with RWC but no rego. Its a toss up between the two.
  13. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/dealer...&__Qpb=true So.. I'm definitely considering it. Thoughts? Problems with this model? What to look out for? Not a fan of going through a dealer, but with RWC and rego it may just be worth it. All comments welcome :)
  14. Looks delicious :) Ahk mate, its cool :) Umm got a kid coming down with money in the next few days :)
  15. YAAAY! Oh man, I gotta come down and have a look-see at this thing  Also, you know of any cheap, auto, small cars close to or with a rwc? I'm in zeee market Pumpkin colour looks schmick as :blinks:
  16. $1200 and ill deliver it. Whatever.. It has to go, or we're in more debt  EDIT! Will take offers over $1000..
  17. It's a lovely car to look at on my front lawn, but I need to sell it.
  18. More win in that picture there than in the other pictures combined. Volvo :)
  19. Really is the cleanest car in Australia :)
  20. So I just got my license and I need to sell this car, will take $1250 cash in hand in the next 48 hours!
  21. Funny.. Ive had my P's only a few days and already I have copped stupid tailgating.. Yeah, i might be on my P's and driving around in Dad's Commodore, doesn't mean I'm a hoon or up for a race or looking to get run off the freaking road.. Keep off my arse.. Or at least buy me dinner first..
  22. Pics? I want to see what all this William Shatner awesomeness can do to a car that needed a COMPLETE gerni cleanout. Never before has a car been cleaned this thoroughly!
  23. That is HOT! DOOO IT! :D Its different and would certainly be a change from the norm. Perhaps even match something in the interior the same red? Red gear knob, subtle and cool :abuse: ..Then again, my mum just looked at it and preferred the original. So i suppose it's all up to you :P
