  1. Mustard KE55 in Croydon the other day and last night cruising in my mates VZ we had a purple/dark KE36/38 wags try to race us at the lights just past Maroondah Hospital.. just didn't happen lol...Not sure his hektic 4k would have caught a 190kw Alloytec haha
  2. Read my mind  Ahh WGMG today folks.. Perhaps not having any bacon to accompany my eggs for lunch.. Rather depressing. Oh and when the air-con decides it's had enough of the weather and pops fuses when turned on.
  3. Sorry guys for dragging this right out from under the carpet but i thought i'd throw my two bobs in on this.. JiP.. Rest for the first month.. NOTHING to do with weights or hard physical training of any kind. Go walking, eat healthy and avoid alcohol and you watch how little your body changes in shape. Yes, you will lose some mass and a little bit of definition but big deal. Now flash-forward to four weeks post op. Your chest will still be tender, trust me i know this one, i too am part of the zipper club. Get into basic stretching with the chest, simple stuff that doesn't pull the skin. That's the most at-risk part. The bones have had enough time to fuse without much risk of breakage. The only thing is you may have a slight muscle imbalance like i do in the chest, where by pecs are extremely slightly different shapes. NO PUSHUPS.. Just work your body the way in which you would, but i may suggest resistance bands - tension through the entire motion of each repetition - and as little weight training as possible for the next four weeks after that. When it's about 2-3 months after the operation, you can begin to do simple, light chest toning work to accentuate the muscle shape. Oh and for ANYBODY who believes that heart patients are the stereotypical 'skinny guy' physique with minimal muscle mass.. PM me asking for a pic of my body.. I'm 17, 71kgs and 5'5. Under 10% body fat and can freeweight bicep curl 110lbs for 6 reps. I was obese in every sense of the word when i was 15, 92kgs and 5'1. Didn't do a bit of cardio besides playing sport irregularly and running around with mates. Just worked out hard and pushed my body to burn the fat any way possible, changed my diet dramatically and did weighted squats, , which happens to be the best way to stimulate growth hormone and burn fat. Also helps to harden your midsection, so no more stupid situps :) But diet and rest is the key to making your body respond best to the pounding you give it in a gym or at home. Goodluck lads, put up some pics of how you're all fairing and ill muster up a before and an after pic.
  4. I feel repulsed.. This is why those sales they have exist, due to their cost-cutting ways. Had a look at those doghouse suits.. very poor quality.
  5. What REALLY Grinds My Gears.. Whinging fkn Year 12's that complain that they think they have f'd their exams.. I happen to be completing Year 12 this year.. I also managed to maintain my social life AND study AND work. Maybe if those whinging pricks didn't have it so easy they would appreciate what they have.. They just go and blow their brains out every weekend and it beats me how they wonder how they will survive in the real world working their entire lives part-time. Look, I'm all for having a good time and letting loose now and again, but you'd honestly think people would knuckle down just for a short period of time to make sure they don't have to work their arses off for the rest of their lives. Ugh.. However i must make a compliment (strange thing to do in this section) To Box Hill Hospital. For the way in which they saved my father recently from dying and really did a wonderful job looking after him. Thankyou.
  6. That's craptacular. If i had the moneys i'd buy it just to meet the funny bugger selling it.
  7. Happy Birthday
  8. +1 Being on my L's, I'm still at the absolute basic control level of a car, and people in 4x4's think that brake-checking me down built up roads is just a bit of fun.. It's not. I'm genuinely crapping myself as my skills aren't as honed as theirs and i have enough on my mind reacting to others around me. Another thing that Grinds My Gears is when i leave a safe braking distance between me and the car ahead, people think I'm giving them space to pull in and leave 2 feet either end of their car.. I'm doing it for a reason... To ensure i stop safely whilst building my confidence on the road.. Please, give learners a break, I'm still shaky from having some idiot who missed his turn jamming on his brakes and making me lock mine to avoid his bum. Oh and also WGMG are people who come to your door trying to sell you something, you say 'not interested, thankyou' and they abuse you for it.. I was at my girlfriends house, her mum has MS and was having an off day so she was on the couch, she politely apologized for not getting up and said no thankyou, he then had a go at her for not listening to his sales pitch, so i intervened and the guy didn't get off the front step until i told him i'd ring the police and pretended to dial on my phone.. Hmm.. At least school holidays are coming up next week :bash: Year 12 is a pain..
  9. I have a sister that, if not careful, WILL receive a kick up the arse for constantly abusing me.. it's getting to the point of me calling the police on her for the verbal abuse and the threats of physical abuse. i f@$king hate her... Oh, 7shades, you poor, poor man :P
  10. Looks wicked :P WOO i got 92% on my Business Management SAC Today :hmm:

  13. The dancing eye lady on the medownick ads.. i will slice her eyes out if i see it again....
  14. Spelling tests? I kind of wish we did them this year for year 12, would be nice and easy to pass. My OMG is that i think i aced my Business Management SAC :D
  15. My birthday that date :) I can't play until next season :( Stupid Year 12.
  16. I was 10 when i had my last one and I'm 16 now. Neither of these, so I'm told, have relevance to the muscles contracting out of place in strange painful spasms which feel like a nail is going through your chest. Get it checked asap, yours may be different. Here's hoping for the best. :hmm:
  17. I get them too.. Go to the doctor, it tends to be a rubbing of an out of place muscle, half the muscles in my chest arnt in correct spot so i get funny pains from the stupid fusion of sternum.
  18. If we can drive it and its cool with you, we have a carport that can store one :) Ill ask dad now if you like
  19. Ugh feel sorry for you Ryan, thank christ i havnt worked on one of those.. even an oil change sounds like too much effort.

  24. One of me when i was a boombah Will upload one shortly of what i look like more recently :P
  25. S2 is so much better. We had an '89 Calais for a very short period of time, with a S1 engine which hated anything but idle, and sounded rougher than a soap-dropping incident in jail. We got rid of it after 6 weeks, and ended up with a '91 S2 Executive. Hasn't died yet :D
