What sort of car is it? Usually you bend a coat hanger into a "U" shape. Slide it down the side of the window and get the end of the U under the window and on the other side of it. from there try to position it under the dropper and push it up from underneath.

Not ALL parts interpreters are goobers, there are a few good once out there. Find a good place or two and stick with them. I think there are few people that could fit into the second part of the quote. anyway, WGMG; Silly Skyriner drivers. Then my gears are un-ground when said Skyriner driver gets his ass handed to him by an XY GT :yes:

Thought Id post some pics of the difference in KE2x and 3x LCA's after i took Tally's balljoints out. pretty close to, if not exactly 15mm difference. KE2x being the longer of the two Some new lighting additions, there is another 500w light in the corner to the left. Some New dolly wheels for the back

Hey guys, Thought I'd let you know that If anyone is chasing some KE30/55 parts in SA come down saturday and grab em. 80% complete car. looking at getting most, if not all of the parts gone in one day. I know of a pranged up 55, sat for 8yrs untouched in an old ladys backyard. a new battery and some fresh fuel and it fired up straight away. Smoked a little upon starting, then ran perfect.

Grab yourself 2 rulers. Lay one flat against the lip on the back of the wheel (lip, not tyre) Take the second ruler and hold it 90deg to the first one with the 0cm side against the hub mounting surface. Have a look on your second ruler and see where the 1st ruler crosses it and take note of the distance from the hub to the 1st ruler. Then work out the difference between your measurement and the 0 offset measurement and thats your offest. weather it be positive or negative 6.5in= 165mm 0 offset = 82.5mm Eg. -10 = 72.5mm +10= 92.5 mm 7in= 177mm 0 offset = 89mm Eg. -10 = 79mm +10=99mm Any measurement on the 2nd rule LOWER than the distance for 0 offest is neg offset. And any measurement on the 2nd rule GREATER then the distance for 0 offset is positive offset. Hope you can understand it, I'm a lil tired

How wide are the wheels?

they will fit, with the right offset of course. I have 215/70/14's in the rear of the wagon atm. wrong offset wheel tho so they will scrub on the outside at legal height. but will fit with about another 10mm + offset. so probably looking around the +10 to +15 mark IMO.

Sunday's effort. Not bad for 40 something outside. Degreased the bay with a spray gun, roughed up the paint and went for it. Quite happy with myself :P

I caught the end of this on the 7pm project (i think). The things people can do in a shed :P
