  1. 1/8 NPT springs to mind. There is something else, real close too but it is 1 TPI out.
  2. I noticed that there were alot of washers. If shit come to shove, i'll make some billet spacers/ adjusters :D
  3. PM with pic? Too far forward and it fouls the bracket, too far back and the drive doesnt line up. And right in the sweet spot, it once again fouls the bracket. I know I'm not doing it right somehow but it was doin me head in last night :D
  4. The mounting is a PITA, gotta find some pic of how it previously was.
  5. I've begun progress on No. 3 tonight :D
  6. Well since all these nice people want to know what you are doing, and i know whats happening with the roof off me 55, I better tell em. That my lips are sealed :D
  7. WTF, Did the front driver side wheel split in half? Either way, looks nasty.
  8. The pic of yours would be fine. Where yours is white, i would like black and the rest silver. Cheers bud
  9. More panda than a panda  Looks good mate. Wanna do something like for my reference on the 38?
  10. Water on the pod filter + engine bay heat = Evaporation = Cooler intake temps :y:
  11. I bought a KE55 on the weekend in hope of being able to use some parts. Upon stripping and removal of the shell, i found it had a bigport head ad manifold. along with a 22mm swaybar  Head has been sold already, and the swaybar will be used in the wagon to replace the 19mm sedan one that was used when it was repaired. Also building an engine cradle that will allow me to position and run a K engine to be able to easily sort out first run problems. Just gotta sort me out a K series gearbox so i can cut the bellhousing off.
  12. I have a mate who used to fit the train wheels to landcruisers to allow them to run on train tracks. Some land crusiers (brand new ones) were up to 25mm out diagonally. We're not talking 70/80's cruisers, more like late 90's/early 00's  Anyways, stripping looks good. That firewall recess is massive. Great job mate.
  13. Just remembered, KE2x don't have the droppers on the top of the door. They have them in the door handle. Could be a bit tricky
  14. What sort of car is it? Usually you bend a coat hanger into a "U" shape. Slide it down the side of the window and get the end of the U under the window and on the other side of it. from there try to position it under the dropper and push it up from underneath.
  15. This is gonna be GOOOOOOD. can't wait to see the finished product
  16. Have seen the 2nd and 3rd :hmm: No. 4 will be in Luke's possesion shortly. This thing is gonna be GOOOOOOOOOOOD
  17. Not ALL parts interpreters are goobers, there are a few good once out there. Find a good place or two and stick with them. I think there are few people that could fit into the second part of the quote. anyway, WGMG; Silly Skyriner drivers. Then my gears are un-ground when said Skyriner driver gets his ass handed to him by an XY GT
  18. Thought Id post some pics of the difference in KE2x and 3x LCA's after i took Tally's balljoints out. pretty close to, if not exactly 15mm difference. KE2x being the longer of the two Some new lighting additions, there is another 500w light in the corner to the left. Some New dolly wheels for the back
  19. Top stuff
  20. Cheers Cam, Heres some of Tuesday nights progress. Bit of sanding and spot priming. More to come
