Its a manifold set off a KE2x and possibly a KE1x. Looks like a shit adaptation, would want to get in there and hog it out instead of having it taper back to factory venturi sizes..

Yep, definatly torsion. Seen boot springs on a KE30? 2 spring steel rods. secured at one end, the other is attached to the hinge on the other side. Pics for reference. open closed

I ran a Exedy Sports Tuff in my KE30. Loved it. Also ran a 4puk ceramic clutch in the KE38 for a while. Totally transforms the feel of the car. don't be too hard on them tho, because instead of slipping, 2nd gear is bound to strip :P And make sure you use a new cable or have a spare. The factory one started to stretch with the 4puk.

After finding grease on and in my boots one morning at work, courtesy of the other apprentice. Waited till about 4pm, apply grease to the bottom of said apprentices lunch esky. Esky was placed on the seat of his car and his mums white bar stools. Needless to say Grease shenanigans stopped after that.

There is blue grease on the roof at work. Thanks to an air fed grease gun.
