also he maybe got clutch dust on the spigot bearing there for sezing the spigot bearing? one thing ive noticed at work with mercedes vans is even though you aligned the clutch with a dummy shaft the pressure plate doesnt sit on the flywheel properly? like the diaghram fingers stick up and half don't? even though you slowly nip all the bolts up evenly that got me to swear wtf a million times. simple fix, remove and refit LOL fixed the problem :P

yea but I'm thinking the clutch cable hasnt been backed off to conpensate for the extra meat on the new clutch. have you driving it yet? around the block?

hydralic or cable clutch pedal? did you machine the flywheel? did you change the spigot bearing? (sits in the crank)

i replaced the front bearing (was pitted) and the rear one (for no reason) just to be sure it wasnt gonna be noisy

just replace the throw out bearing, you should recieve a new one with your clutch kit, i would replace it, nothing like a squueling throw out bearing :jamie:

theres no children playing in the streets etc etc i know its still a public road but i think its alot safer. why can't the police leave us along in a certian industrial area so we don't burnouts/drag race/drift on suburben areas? the police say go to a track if you want to be hoons, but its 3 times a year and ive heard of people getting a defect on the grass car park for being to low? WTF????

we deal with seized glow plugs, i just crc the living hell outta them and unscrew it asmuch as you can (untill you think its gonna break it) then screw in and out 5 times and heyyy presto :lolcry:

i allways go to industrial area if i wanna do hand brakeys and hang the ass out, no one there,nothing to hit, no cops. on public roads its just stupidly dangerious, the place i go the roads are extreamly wide like you lose control doing 80kph spin a couple of times and still be away from gutters poles etc etc
