mate i havent had no luck with acl sump gaskets at all, there a bit bigger and the sump and soon as you torque the bolts to 4nm the gasket gets pushed out and leaks through the bolts! ive done 2 sump gaskets and its still leaking, next time (if there every is) I'm gonna use gasket maker!

normal temp is around 80degrees and you don't need a oil cooler but there good if you plan to stallies all day

mate please use 2 metal hose clamps not 1 medium sized cable tie!

how does the 4 k sound with no rear muffler? still running the hotdog? loud all the time? loud only when foot down?

mate if you want to check the inner pad on the right hand side go full lock to the left, easy!

yasou re ti kanis, check your charging voltages by putting a multimeter on the battery + and - and test in the following order 1. get a mate to crank the engine while you checking the voltage of the battery (the voltage shouldnt drop less than 10-9 volts) 2. with the engine running and minium car electrics on (should be 13.8 to 14.2) 3. with full load on the battery (everything electrical on, heater fan/dimister/highbeams/stereo/wipers etc etc and thermo fan if engine is at operating temp) it should around 13.3/12.8, if you read less that 12V your battery will go flat the output of the alternator is around 40amps for a ke30 (thermo fans use about 30 amps?) make sure you used the right relay normally closed instead of a normally open. a normally open relay will make the thermo fan stay on therefore draining your battery! oh another thing to test. 1. remove the battery - lead and place the multimeter + on the battery lead and the muiltmeter - on the battery - pole 2. if you get anything more than .5v that means theres something draining your battery overnight hope this helped ade ya

couldnt find s13 adjustable strut tops on ebay? how much they normally go for? also do they make adjustable camber/caster tops? not just camber?

make sure you check the pad behind the rotor aswell, on monday at work doing a major service. i took the wheels off, outta pads had about 6mm of meat left and seamed fine then i looked at the pad behind the rotor and it was less than 1mm! allways remember to lubricate the carrier slides children and you wont have this problem^
