if you hold the throttle linkage down, will the idle stay down?

first of all carby is facing the wrong way. tried blocking all the vac lines off? tried spraying brake cleaner around the carby looking for leaks?

The dash pot is holding the butterfly open It's that little vacuum actuator on the rhs of the carby

you should have used selant on the timing cover. much easier to install than a gay gasket I'm guessing you used a screwdriver and tried to pry it off? next time wiggle wiggle wiggle or use 2 screw drivers (one on each side)

I'm also wondering if josh done this conversion, what did you have to modified and how long did it take? what box and tail shaft you use? did you have to mod the r31 diff to fit? how did you go with brake master and clutch master to accommodate the larger diff and hydro set up for the box if needed?? how did you mount the super charger? how much power you running? and how much did it all cost? was it really worth it? edit - stock ecu wont like the boost. add aftermarket ecu on the list. your basically looking at the same price of a SR20det but 1/8th of the power? as they say - cheap, fast, reliable. pick 2
