to free up a cailper. 1)remove one pad. 2)put the caliper over the disc again. 3)start the car to build up some vacuum. 4)push the pedal as hard as you can. 5)get out and check the piston. 6)push the piston back with a screw driver 7)repeat. 8)bleed brakes and shes good as new!

rollas ftw! ive overheated this 4k so many times it wasnt funny. drove it that hot that the engine seized. the next session it started fine. endless amounts of valve bouncing/clucth kicks, air bourne twice. best car ever!. lets see what next session brings us ke25 - haters gonna hate

theres one video coming. there was 6 corollas on the farm at once. there was also a Ke25 with no brake. we were going head on untill the ke25 lost it, done a 180 and was coming ass onto, i swevred as quick as could but in the wet it doesnt do much. no was hurt, i was seriously lucky with just sore ribs pics of the damage so what do you do after a crash? see if they do skids! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bb8Sor2rIL8 and the ke25 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOyuA8SqSSk

so today we had another ses. i brang some chain, 2 hammers and a radiator hose. wrapped the chain around the tree. the story of the ultimate ksev. when i was a young fella and used to catch the bus around. i always noticed the rusty POS car. after a few bush bashing sessions at a mates farm i realised i needed a car! 5 years later i realise its a KSEV! knocked on the door and old indian bloke answers the door. our conversation went like this gday mate, your car? yep want to sell it? how much? $100. (shake hands) ok. ill come pick up tomorrow lunchtime? no problem LOL! went back the next day with some fuel and a battery. apprently it was sitting for 7 years. reco motor fitted to it. went to start it. fuel pump and rubber lines FUBAR, swapped them over. little fuel down the carby and she started! pumped up the tyres and drove it 10mins back to my joint with almost seized brakes and no permit etc etc LOL! the next day, welded the diff. removed front pads and push the brakes *POP*. push them back in. GOOD AS NEW. put some new brake fluid and she stops on a DIME! made a sidepipe. let off 3 mortein bombs in it cause there was soo many spiders in it. swapped carby over cause the secs werent kicking in. when i swaped fuel pumps, i put a one on with no fuel return on it. so i just left it dangling lol. go to start it one warm arvo was backfiring and sounded like it had a miss. then all of a sudden smoke was pouring out the bonnet. fuel return line sprayed fuel all over the dissy and caught fire LMAO, mad fun a couple weeks later i took it upto the farm. overheated so many times wasnt funny. first session first ses went good. done mad skids, overheated fine lol we got bored and i was dared to jump a small dried out dam. 1st bwaaaaa 2nd bwaaaaa BANG, while i was air bourn i looked down and i was easy 1m in the air LOL, smashed into the ground and took a chunk of earth out. done it again and f@$ked the ksev :( pushed the radiator support up, bend rails/xmember. wheel pushed back to the gaurd PICS :( it done the best donuts when i mended it after! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Udb9Fhb6pg

next time undo the top shocker bolt when the car is on the ground. jack it up and it will fall apart. so much easier than removing/compressing.

the less freeplay at the firewall means the friction point of the clutch is higher on the pedal Lots of freeplay and the clutch will disengage near the flooro
