take the 4k block down to a machinist with a 5k piston. ask him how much is it gonna cost to resleeve the 4k block to take the 5k pistons.
then you got a 1500cc 4k :P
use a 5k head/pistons 4k crank and 4k pistons
a local wrecker who races speedway was telling me how he had to get special pistons from the states with 1 inch skirts on the pistons on his 3k, spins 11 grand.

cold at idle on my fresh 4 with a 3mm shimed oil pump on 10w50 is around 50psi. and around the 90psi at 3 grand.
when its hot it drops down to around 18psi hot idle and 70psi at redline
