theres too man white blood cells so my body fights it self, like my knee swelled up like a melon cause of this. now I'm on immune system depressants witch lower my immune system. wgmg - head feels like its gonna explode from coughing. also don't take Panadeine Forte with a mother and go for a drive!

thats the problem, my immune system is too stonger so i take pills that tones it to normal, soon as i take multivitams i feel like shit and get flare ups. cuts take long to heal, very prone to getting sick. protein/creatine shakes help but mehh fml

update little update, i measured my CC of my combustion camber = 33CC (9.5:1 compression). i needed 31cc to achive my 10:1. my machinist took 25tho off the head, deburred all the cambers, checked out my valve seats. i got the head back today, measured her all up and bang on 31cc :D. so i got home ready to change my stem seals and swap to double valve springs. also found out 5k stem seals are HUGE compaired to 4k ones and can't be used. fml, so cracked the shits and polished my intake manifold intake ports have been portmatched and bellmouthed. i went over them with some MEGA course 60grit for more flow. also found out i have to degree in my camshaft! so i got a camshaft degree kit from ebay for $180, might seam like alot but i have a few camshafts ill need to time so its worth paying a little more.

cheers mang is that a regrind or did you buy a blank? (semi finished cam?) not to sure on specs, its basically the biggest cam i could regrind, 3-7 grand barp barp barp barp

ported 3k big port intake manifold, all thats left is to drill and tap the booster line 28mm head scribed with the 30mm intake manifold. port matched and blended TEASER PIC no more till its complete :rolls:

went down my engine builder, he told me to measure my deck height & cc of the heads i measured the cc of the heads. 33cc and the deck height of 0.13mm mr altezzaclub - your method worked a treat! i used diesel and a syringe instead :y: my engine builder also said i might need to shorten push rods or space the rocker arms up because plaining the head might play havock with my push rod geometery? has anyone had a problem with this at 10:1 compression? also does anyone know the thickness of a 4k HG?

the c**t was on his rags! i had the jacks follow me for a bit, lights go on, i pull over and jump out the car and say "wow officer didnt see that coming" he laughed, did a rego/vin check and was on my way :lolcry:

Update - cam now at crow, $82 for a grind and $40 to get my lifters resurfaced, 3 - 7 power band on a cortina so ill be able to rev it out a bit more without losing power. if you go down to crow cams don't talk to the older lady. the bloke told me $60 for a regrind and the lady said "$60 is too cheap we can't do that, $82" :glare: edit - also took the specs for the cam i have in atm. found it in the book "1700 - 3700 powerband" :glare:

thanks for that champ. tried another calculator. Cylinder Diameter (mm) - 76.5 (.60' oversize = 1.5mm?) stroke - 73mm chamber in cc - 37 gasket thickness - 1mm I'm getting comp ratio of 9.07:1. how would i calculate roughy how much i need to skim the head to get 10:1 compression

i need abit of info on how to calculate my static compression ratio for my head, ill be going a large cam. stock 4k head is around 22CC? in the combustion camber head gasket would be 1mm thick? bore 75mm + .60' oversize pistons (flat top pistons 73mm stroke. stock compression ratio "FAQ says is 9.1" but my gegory book says "8.5:1 auto, 9:1 manual?" this engine was orginally auto. Piston To Deck Height is also needed? why is this calculator showing 34.1:1 with these inputs? fml http://www.gtsparkplugs.com/CompRatioCalc.html
