raven, whos to say I'm not a complete wanker? i sure as hell think you are one. why does everyone want 15x8's ? what sort of power are you laying down? i bloody hate mine, have to run a minimum 225 tyre and theyre hard to find in a 15 with a profile to suit corollas. i ended up getting GT radials. which have proved themselves as a good tyre. i went the 225/50R15 to drop the highway revs a little, don't even know if you can get a 45 or 40 profile. theyre not cheap either, and theres no real cheap option. so think about that before you buy an 15x8 to be a fooli-sic-kid

how can it go from understeering to so much grip its sticking on 2 wheels. the front should keep sliding if you turn it in further... sounds very strange

fook, i don't know about swapping the whole lot being easiest. you will have bugs to sort in the replacement motor like dodgy electrics etc. if you need a car to borrow my stock ke70 will be free after tomorrow morning, if not, can't you crack the gearbox off and move it back enough to have room to play, or do you need to get the motor out to get to the box? cheers, andrew

i would like to see videos. not saying i don't believe you...well yeah i am. ive taken a tight 90* turn at 80 before with good 205's on the front and it rolled alongggg way, but hell now would it lift the wheels. id replace your shocks and see how it goes. and try get some vids. and yeah, what tyres you running? they do understeer a bit stock

but yoinking them out falcons, can't u just drop the diff and they will fall out? or are they the front springs of falcons u put in the rear? i never looked into it, i just got king springs for 150. made more sense to me

bullshit a foot, what are you doing, keeping the water pump fan? lol why not go a 1g, it fits no firewall mods, and at least its been done before. rb20 is bigger and heavier, and nissan rubbish at that ;)

the paint is just burning in. it will flake off before long if your making decent power. the exhaust shop did my dump pipe in 800* paint, it came off before i got home...

i used to work in a scrap metal yard, and again, a block that size of aluminium wont be easy to find. if you do wanna try though, just go into industrial metal services. they are in browns plains and open saturday mornings. take some scrap metal with you so its not a wasted trip anyway :wink:
