  1. I greased them up.
  2. Yeah diagnostic codes would be good.
  3. 1.5, plus the SSR's need a special sized shank. Took me ages just to find the nuts I have. Cheers for the offer though, :)
  4. Got my spacers. So I got to work putting the wheel studs in. Studs are shit and the knurl is shit so I am having to file them down slightly so they will press in. Got sick of doing it with a file so I got a mini bench grinder from Aldi. Managed to pull 4 studs through then went to fit the wheel and my nuts bottomed out. ʞ©$ɟ. So I either need to nip a bit off the studs or cut the tops off the nuts so they are open.
  5. Meeting at the end of Coral St by the tennis courts at 1pm. No cruise just a pre-meet.
  6. I like. Wheel spacers are here too. Just need hubcentric rings . Forgot to order some so might have to get some cheap plastic ones from Bob Jane for now.
  7. Haha wow that's a LOT of bog.
  8. Spacers are getting here pretty fast too!
  9. Had to look that up. Do want.
  10. Took a week for these to get here from the US. Pretty impressed. Theres even an extra two I didnt order so I have 6 spares now (bought two 10 packs). Just gotta wait for my hubcentric spacers and rings and the wheels will be held on a lot safer.
  11. So I wanted to get rid of the eBay special dished suede steering wheel. Not really a fan of suede or the yellow stripe. I put my overrated twinky wheel up for swaps and after a bunch of people offering me fake Sparco and Nardi someone offered me this. I did a bit of research on them and they're not Italian quality but still have very good reviews. Plus I reckon it looks dope AF. Should be here in a few days.
  12. Ha, or adding stupid wide wheels and new suspension gear without getting one for months. Was putting it off until I did the bushes. The flogging the inner side of the front left wheel was getting made me get my ass into gear. Will need another one once I sort RCA's and the reverse steering arm kit.
  13. I'm gonna cruise down from the Sunny Coast. Anyone Northside wanna meet up and cruise down?
  14. Those tail lights <3
  15. Pretty sure it's a fuse behind the drivers kick panel next to the accelerator
  16. Flares, big, painted.
  17. Engine Gearbox Pedal box Gearbox cross member Flywheel Clutch Clutch fork Throw out bearing and carrier Clutch fork clips Clutch master Clutch slave Clutch hard and soft lines Drive shaft Fuel pump Spigot bearing Loom Ecu Exhaust Illest stickers Miscellaneous : Wire Fuses Fuel line Surge tank (not 100% needed). A good idea: Upgraded struts Upgraded diff Upgraded brakes Budget at least $5,000 doing all the work yourself.
  18. If you have a manual ae71 with a 4ac all you need is the engine, loom and an exhaust. It would pay to do a front strut/brake upgrade for engineering though.
  19. Hurts my balls just thinking about it.
  20. This is how mine sat with the coilovers wound all the way up with this setup, on 15" wheels. http://www.rollaclub.com/board/uploads/monthly_06_2014/post-8907-0-78962600-1402302484_thumb.jpg
  21. You'll need shorter inserts. I used celica ones.
  22. You'll need to get custom springs made or convert to coilovers. The upper spring perch is too big for the ke70 strut towers so you need to use a KE upper perch. So you'd need to run a ke70 spring which is too small for the lower perch. Best bet, get an HSD coilovers kit from Otomoto, shorten the struts 40mm to suit shorter shocks and get the xt130 steering arms shortened.
  23. BC coilovers are base height adjustable. Xt130 struts are an excellent upgrade but are a lot of work but give far better cheap brake upgrade options over ae86. If you're gonna waste money on strut upgrades don't do it to stock struts. Don't chop your springs. Illegal and will make it handle like shit. Edit: but if you rail it super low it doesn't matter what you do it'll handle like shit no matter what.
