  1. Worked out better, found some even cooler wheels. Will need bolt ons though.
  2. What a death trap. Hope the new one works out better.
  3. Can I say ʞ©$ɟ now? EDIT: Sweet.
  4. Thanks for jinxing me, those wheels got sold before the KE. :(
  5. Corolla : - 1 AW11 : + 1
  6. Delete it all. I woulnt bother.
  7. I think you jinxed me. Anyway, decided to do RWC stuff, so I did the shifter instead. Started with this, pretty high when you include my shifter and a LOT of throw. Pulled it all apart , added solid shifter base bushes. Dropped the entire shifter down 10mm or so with a spacer plate and added the short shifter. don't have a before pic but it was at least 100mm higher and like shifting with a hockey stick. And also installed solid gear link bushes. Shits tight yo.
  8. They have the MR2 bi-annual nationals in Brizzy that weekend and supposedly they get "center stage" at this. Dunno whether to park with Rollas or MR2's.
  9. Didnt realise this was next Sunday. Lucky the Rolla is sold and I'll have my garage back to tidy the AW up.
  10. Looks like the KE is sold, so.....
  11. Looks to be sold. Sweet.
  12. Ah hahahhahahha 12k for a stock auto ke30 two door? How much crack do you need to smoke?
  13. I reckon it needs a tank in the same kind of shape but with some sharp edges to match the rear. Or maybe some gloss pinstripes?
  14. Hurry up and finish it so I can organise another hills run.
  15. NICE! We only got the lift back in Aussie not the coupe. Always wanted one like this.
  16. $3750 if anyone wants it.
  17. Gonna be one long day sorting it. I want to do all the bushes too and I think I might find some gremlins.
  18. Dizzy rebuild kit. Now have everything to make it RWC apart from a few copper washers for the oil return line.
  19. I found e10 95 went a bit better. But depends on the engine. A K motor would probably run on vodka.
  20. See if there is oil inside the dizzy, might be worth doing the inner seal. AJPS does an entire kit for $39 delivered. Cap seal, main O ring, inner seal and bearing.
  21. This should tighten up the shifter along with the new shifter housing bushes.
  22. Yeah I bought like a $10 2 arm puller off eBay. I cracked the rim off one pulley using screwdrivers and snapped off the bit with the timing mark. That was great. It'd be way easier out of the car though.
  23. I'm happy with the 4age. It's an engine I know and can fix and it's fun. I don't want anything exotic or fast. I want a nice 4age Mr2 that handles well, sounds good, stops good and can get me to work reliably.
  24. Do the front main. If it leaks it's a bastard while in the car. The timing pulley isn't too hard to get off and the seal isn't expensive. I've got the timing pulley off with a large flat head screw driver. I actually bought a 2 arm puller to modify for the job but haven't had to use it yet.
  25. Yeah a lot of people are doing the V6, I dunno why you'd wanna put more weight in the rear though. I'll most likely stick with the 16v and look at ITB's and a gearbox upgrade. My mission right now is making sure the suspension and brakes are all good then I will decide on the direction of the engine. The cams though <3. Loving them so much.
