  1. You can lip/roll the guards without ruining the look. Run some tyres with a bit of stretch and you should be sweet. Car looks great!
  2. You shouldnt need any spacers at all on the front. Should only need to lip and maybe roll the guards a bit. Did you buy Spencers Works?
  3. I made those chrome door weather shields ;)
  4. Damn looking like a full car now (Y)
  5. Twin charge GZE. SC12 for low then have the turbo kick in for top end.
  6. My front suspension was about $1200 doing it cheap, and I havent even bought good shocks yet.
  7. All my prices were mainly sourcing good 2nd hand parts. So double prices if you want to do stuff new. All work done by myself apart from ally welding the manifold which I got done for free by a mate. I'm a tight ass.
  8. I put a stock GZE in my ke70 for about $3500 doing all the work myself. Add another $500 for a 55 for custom mounts and tailshaft. Thats 4k for something not even built. Then theres my cams $600, SC14, $350, FMIC $100, 2.5" piping $100, 7mgte injectors $100, thats another $1300. Over $5k without opening the engine. Just an idea on prices.
  9. Looking forward to this, Auto One Kawana is having an import night that night too. Should be fun.
  10. My first engine conversion was a 4agze and I taught myself how to do it off the internet. 'Easiest' is relative to your skill level. Personally I find EFI easier to work with than carbies. Is wiring your thing or is it foreign language. A 5k is by far the easiest, pretty much bolt one in in a day. A 7k would be pretty easy too though the block is slightly wider. They came carbied or with EFI. 2T like Ben said are pretty easy too, get one from a donor T18 and it'll pretty much bolt in. Then therez the 4AC, but if you were going to that much trouble then itd be worth doing a 4AGE instead. Anything bar a K motor will probably require a hydraulic pedal box.
  11. These look really aggressive. I like.
  12. Do you know what brand? I'm probably going to use a niteparts bell with mine.
  13. What bell is that? I ran those mirrors on my KE18, they arent bad but I paid something like $120 for them. Probably only realistically worth about $20. They look cool as phuck though.
  14. My only gripe is that I'd like to see it follow the lines onf the bonnet a bit more but apart from that HELL YES!
  15. On what diff? Need info to answer questions bro.
  16. Should probably decide what struts you'll use before you go any further. With the 86 struts they use a caliper bracket so you could pretty much make any caliper work with a custom bracket. I doubt you'd get anything smaller than a 14" rim over those brakes but most likely 15". If you want fully hectic JDM as ʞ©$ɟ 13" hardpark wheels I'd suggest just using ADM or the better JDM AE86 brakes.
  17. What struts?
  18. I'm heading to this. Anyone keen to meet up prior? Its meant to be really good. Free rides for the kids if you can't escape them.
  19. Got it from Total Tools. Its not bad, wish it was quick lift but for the price I'm not complaining. And its def a shed jack not a track jack, the thing is HEAVY.
  20. At least it wasnt a 7 year old sale thread.
  21. Stock ke70 rad will work fine on a stock 4age.
