got some tyres with 80% tread off another car that someone from work bought and sold just the old wheels, got the for $80 so all up it would be $880 inc tyres :dance: but ive been looking around for some 15/16x7/8 jap wheels and can't find much in Brisbane and no one wants to post. What do people think of rota wheels???

also pretty sure koya are made in japan.

Hey, I'm having a very hard choice in some new wheels. The 2 I am looking at are, koya ae teks or a ssr mesh copy. Both are same size (15x8) with 0 offset, and same price. Also would I have to do much guard mods to fit them under my guards? With 195/50 tyres on them. Also put a picture of my car on as well.

not in QLD, all internal combustion powered bikes are banned. was great on fuel too, used to fill up the 2L tank on monday and do about 70kms and have a tiny bit left. Even got 80L of free fuel from work that we drained from a car that had a little bit of diesel in it (just made it a bit more smokey)

in qld you need to have it a certain amount past the last seal, like if you have a 2 door sedan you could put it out the side but if you have a 2 door hatch like me you can't cause if you open the hatch you can access the rest of the car where as with a 2 door sedan you can't if you open the boot.

used to have one of them except for on a stingray chopper type bike with the 4" rear wheel, got pulled over by the cops and got told not to ride it again, only rode it till I got my license anyway.

t series engines have heaps of parts, brdracing.com paradiseracing.com ant they get like 8 second quarter miles with 3t's. You can also bolt on a 2tg twin cam head, if you have the 2tg dummy cam, timing cover and fly cut pistons. 3t's put out roughly the same amount of power as a 4ac.

check out brd racing or paradise racing they've got heaps of parts for 3tcs otherwise 4age apparently bolts straight in. The crazy Mexicans are getting like 8 second quarter miles out of this engine! Otherwise you could go 3tc/2tg twin cam hybred, (ive got a complete 2tg head, dummy shaft, timing gears/chain and timing cover if you wan to buy it)

you can do anything that requires a mod plate except for engine mods that need one, so you can do brake upgrades, coilovers, roll cage as long as the engine doesn't need a mod plate its ok. for a ke nothing really bolts on, if you buy ae86 struts you can use adapters to fit rx7 calipers with bigger vented discs. Check my topics ive got some for sale.

don't put cut springs in, especially if you will be having kids in the back!

I have a amp for the speakers... and my sub, but you can turn them down.

ye they do have the speaker things that you put in your window, but it would sound great with my car stereo. Aww well ive got jumper leads in the boot anyway (although the battery will probably die before the end of the movie (bloody power hungry amp)

do they have jump starters there, or do you just leave your engine running while listening through the radio?

there's a drift ke70 with a 1uz in it and he drives great.
