I think the second picture is a hose from the charcoal canister, if it is its only for emissions I think.

should be at the back of the carb next to the idle speed screw, thats where mine is its a brass color.

Would you be able to make up any ae86 brake caliper adapters for rx7 calipers? preferably ones that use the mini 29xmm rotor, ajps make them but only for the civic rotor.

does anyone know whether ae86 seat rails will bolt in cause I can get some bucket seats from an 86 already with rails on them.

found problems, vibration was rear wheels very out of balance, didn't come with LH mirror, bought brand new standard rda pads and rotors for $70 till I can afford better stuff. Please close. and thanks for the help.

well whatever engine it was it was defiantly a single cam.

ive seen a nova in at work with a 6af or something and it was defiantly single cam.

I got some old jelly beans so got too be careful. and the car does very loud key bangers.

apparently cars of that age where not required to have one, also also not required to have a cat converter :bash:

holden nova came out single cam, and ive seen a very very pov pack ae92 with a single cam.

what about series 1? I'm sure there are a few people with a series 1.

So, some may have not come out with them. I was thinking of getting some fender mirrors does anyone have any pictures of a t18 with them on? Also does anyone know if a car will pass roadworthy with fender mirrors? and does anyone know about the vibration I have?

Hey, do t18/te72 corollas Have left hand mirrors? as ive just bought one and it doesn't have one ive had a look at some pictures on google and they have them but not sure if there lhd or rhd. Also some times in first or second gear it gets vibration towards the rear of the car, I suspect the tail shaft may need to be balanced? Also does anyone know whether the pergot rotor and hilux calipers will bolt onto a ae86 strut? cause I have ae86 coilovers and I know they will bolt into my t18 but want a brake upgrade. Otherwise if anyone finds some jdm front calipers ill settle for that for now, but can't seem to find any. otherwise can you fit a jdm ae86 vented rotor inside a adm caliper?

t18 is an Australian delivered te72.

nice that would get mad fuel economy with a lite ke70.

got the car running fine was the wires in wrong place for choke and something else.

they also make adapter plates for my 3tc engine (basically a stroked 2t) and if your dads is a 2tg there are a couple of twin sidedraft manifolds on ebay atm.

there are adapter plates made to fit webbers on this manifold I just chose to buy a NOS standard one cause I am selling the car soon.

Hey, I put on a new carb from America for my 1991 4afc corolla and fitted it this afternoon and there are 4 vacuum lines that there is now nowhere to go on the carb and there is a thick hose that goes to the charcoal canister that has nowhere to go as well. Also now the idle is funny cause it idles up and down about 100-200 rpm (sounds like it has a massive cam in it lol) ive blocked off all the vacuum lines that have nowhere to go, and the carb is brand new and is jetted for my car. also there is a plug that is different to the old one it has only 2 wires coming from what I think is an electric choke where my old carb had about 4-5 wires I was thinking that I might be able to change the old plug on to the new one and plug it in a see what happens. will get pics up tomorrow of the new carb.

ajps sponsored a ae86 with a Honda v-tec engine in it. now its got some other engine in it.
