Body: 1968 ke10 club car

 

Driveline: 4age bigport 16valve with a t50 gearbox

 

About car: The car has been built up over quiet a number of years.

Sense it first got built up as a club car its had three owners I'm the

third owner. Each owner has developed the car to where it is today.

I'm forever changeing things on it.

 

Wheels and Tyres: It has superlites on it and ao48 advans.

 

Best thing about it: I can sit back and say ive had quiet abit to do with the car and

don't pay other people to do stuff on it when i can do it myself or make parts for it. It is a great hillclimb car

and for sprints.

Thought I had better ask, Todd, do you have any suspension travel in the front of that thing? My ke10 is currently sitting that low in the nose and it's at the end of travel of the strut inserts/shocks. I love the hieght, it's exactly where I want it but the only way I can see myself getting there is shortening the shuts and converting to coilovers with inserts to suit.

 

Can we grab some more info?

 

By the way, it's one horn looking little rolla!

Hey JP i still have to get you to drive my car so you can feel how bad it drives THAT low. Bumpsteerorama is all I'm going to say. Getting these ke-1x`s this low can be a little dangerous!!

In saying that ive seen a few photos of jap race cars and they all seem to be that low.

 

oh yeah i do love the look of this beast though. A real swaybar will improve your handling out of sight. so ditch those transverse leafs. get yourself a 22mm swaybar kit for the front you wont be disapointed.

I`d like to thank camerondownunder for about the 5th or 6th time for the swaybar info still belive its a better value for money mod than the s/c12 and efi i put on.

Are you from Hobart? Was talking to a guy on the weekend who said he has a mate with a 4age KE11.

nope mines a ke10 and I'm from devonport.

The one your talking about is a ke11 with a 7afe block in it and a 20valve head on it and yes that one is from hobart.

Mind getting a photo of under the hood of your ke10 :) ?

hey jordain i will post a photo up in couple weeks got motor out at moment for a freashen up. And i don't think ive got

any photos of under the hood. its a pretty tight fit under there with the 45s and air box.

Fair enough. Actually I think I've seen your car at a club day at symmons before. You weren't having too much trouble staying on the tail of Munro's 1G powered corona. One of my mates had his 1JZ powered LJ out there that day.

Oh yeah that 4 door is sssoooo sweet!! Rarer here than a sprinter therefore I want one. Those enkei's look awesome mate. Where are you from?

I own my KE10 1969, 4 doors saloon for 22 years now.

The whole car is standard except the alu rims.

 

Plans: i would like to do a 2T-G swap . . .
