Find an early efi (single point) throttle body and injectors off a larger car. Have an adapter plate made up and bolt the throttle body straight onto your standard intake manifold. Then EFI fuel feed setup, aftermarket ECU, exhaust and intake plumbing. I think an early Mitsubishi Starion EFI throttle body would be ideal.

Yeah 3TGTE exhaust manifold should fit

With the intake, use the standard 3T carby intake manifold, bolt the adapter onto that, then the throttlebody EFI to the adapter. Where the other fabrication/plumbing comes in is getting the boosted air from the turbo to the throttle body. Most people straight and angle bend pipes (aluminium for light weight) and silicon joiners (for heat resistance) and hose clamps. I would use that intercooler too.
