Ive heard he walks with a limp and uses brake fluid for aftershave. I also heard when he dances he generally uses crab like sideways motions and will often shout "giver" at top lung. Could be rumours though.

Have you thought of the Suzuki G13B twincam ?

Swap out the crank from the Serria's G13 - the crank has a slightly longer stroke

Bore the block out 3mm from memory and you'll get a 1.5Lt

 

Do a cut and shut conversion on a Serria bellhousing and T50 bellhousing.

 

Its something i've wanted to do but never had the wife's permission and either

A> the money

B> the time

C> the transport

After a bit of googling the RWD conversion sounds no harder than a 4age into a ke30, just gotta find the parts.

The parts are easy to get, its just the freight from the UK thats expensive.

 

Id do something more locally available. Like the MIvec 2.4 litre lancer engines.

Pretty much everything has been done before.

 

 

just punch any idea you think of into google and remember that anything K powered (ke20,30,50,70) is very very simliar.

Depending what state your in, a vg30et or det isn't a legal conversion in a 950kg car. Non turbo might be ok though.

 

In all honesty speak to an engineer on what capacity your going to be allowed to go and work it out from there.
