  1. Do you have a ke70? K'sevs had return lines off the fuel pumps, ke30-55 etc didn't. You probably got a 30-55 type fuel pump! :y:
  2. Its not as you can see there is a platic air box where the TMIC should be. :o Wanker....at that speed in that car he deserved to die! :y:
  3. hey buddy, you can upload pics to this site at the bottom of the reply box under 'attachments'. :y:
  4. have you also checked to see if you haven't got some siezed injectors!? :y:
  5. is it just the stock motor? And are you using say a 3k carby on a 4k, as you have a ke20?
  6. but you're 100% correct! :y:
  7. Yep thats the one. It is much better than the "wire like" stocko ones but! :)
  8. A "head sized" sheet of perspex, a drill, grease and yes a syringe. Sound like you can work out the rest. :) Get a gasket and measure it. Yes 98 will be ok.
  9. Yeah I'm starting to run out of idea for you now mate! :)
  10. Say he who spent $465 on a "noisy fan belt"! :) ;)
  11. http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/features...rlet/index.html Gotta love the wall of wheels in the showroom!!! :)
  12. You mean the one off the tappet cover? Can you t-piece it into the brake boost line?
  13. Had the same issue with a wheel very similar to Murd's. Couldn't see the speedo between 50-140'ish kmh.
  14. Bottom end and T50 went in last night! ;) The peugeot is still missing starter motor and inlet manifold! :)
  15. The stock regulator should be fine for getting you running (it fine how it is now) - NA only though. The vacuum line to it give it a vaccum reference, but you'll need a rising rate reg to give extra fuel pressure when on boost. So for the purpose of getting you running the fuel system is now all good. ;) You might be suprised just how much difference that 1 coil lead can make!!! :) The air temp sensor location should be making a huge difference now just to get it running. When it is running and boosting the turbo will be heating to air. Hence causing tuning issues as the ECU thinks its cooler. What ECU are you actually using? Next, because you're running sequential injection, did you just wire up the injectors: Out 1 - cylinder 1, output 2 - cylinder 2 etc????? Because you need to do it in the firing order!!! ie: output 1 - cyl 1, output 2 - cyl 3, output 3 - cyl 4, output 4 - cyl 2.
  16. S4 for me please!! :) ....where's the Pug's!? ;)
  17. ...yeah like my mazda clutch! :) My biggest concern with clutches now is just the fact that its still cable!! I do like the feeling of a cable clutch, but just need to wait and see how heavy the pedal will be. Hopefully not 'cable snapping tight'!
  18. With any luck I'll have everything by this weekend, but I'm planning on it running again next weekend just incase stuff doesn't get here. So by next saturday night I might blow some tyres off....does that count! :) ;)
  19. Pretty much. When somebody said the hey a brass button clutch, that's what they're talking about. :)
  20. Missed out on the other Transfer Radrollaz, somebody pipped me in the last 2 minutes. :bash: Probably bloody Jip or somebody!! :) Anyway, believe it or not I've actually made a little bit of progress lately. Had some issues in the last couple of weeks with clutches and flywheels. :rolls: New speedflow oil return is all done. My other uber light weight flywheel has been sand blasted and machined. Head should be back from porting by the end of the week. Goodies on the way from NZ. Toyota just rang me to say genuine 5k head gasket is in - Was quite pleasently supised at the price of $42 for a genuine one. They quoted me $80 once for a 4k one!!! :hmm: AND, my new clutch arrived this morning, Daim and I had a chuckle when we took it out of the box! .......... The little 3 puck button plate looks so cute!!!! ;) So now I've just gotta decide weather the motor and T50 goes back in tonight.......or I work on the missus' pug like I'm supposed to!!! :hmm: :lolcry: Oh and befor you ask Matt, that is the proper K-T50 clutch kit, part number TYK-6280 HDB.
  21. Oh and another thing - Your air temp sensor needs to be after the turbo and intercooler. ;) Where you have it now basically just tell you the atmospheric temp. Your ECU needs to know what temp the air entering the throttle body is after its been heated by a turbo, and cooler by your FMIC. So put it in that blue bit of pipe instead. :)
  22. Removed or replaced (with EFI reg) the regulator??? Also have a look at the fuel system write up I did here..... http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=17418 And make sure it is connected correctly. It needs to be in the return line, not the feed like the other reg you have. And FFS dude, go and buy yourself a long enough coil lead, might make a big difference!!! :)
  23. CC the head....with a spark plug in it! The bore diametre, head gasket thickness, and some high school maths will get you the HG voluum. :)
  24. How cool is this!!!! http://s110.photobucket.com/albums/n99/All...deburnoutNZ.flv :y: :) ;) :y:
  25. http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=23643 Read my second post. :y: I was originally running boost for $400.
