  1. http://www.aunger.com.au/accessories_catalogue.pdf If you guys need some and have trouble getting them let me know and I will see if I can still get them.
  2. Autobarn used to have a louvre fitting kit.
  3. Yeah but he wraps nearly all his manifolds :P
  4. Matt = LittleRedSpirit
  5. Signature. I can't mig for shit but ain't bad at tig, I have only had one manifold fracture, PM me what Mick has been telling you because apparently since I left I know nothing about cars.
  6. I have seen chain bolted to the floor to stop run away shafts.
  7. Sorry I didn't realise this had an SR in it but I still would of went for 2 bolts with large washers, atleast you know it won't be moving anywhere.
  8. Have you seen The fast & furious where Brian is racing in the eclipse and the floor falls out? That is you when the tail shaft breaks taking the floor with it :) In short - yes it is over kill.
  9. I know, it is a bit of a shit but last year my mates car (S13) was written off on one of the drift sessions after he spun out on a corner and waited for cars to pass to get back on the track but 1 guy didn't bother to stop drifting and spun out in the same spot running into him. To the judges your car is still only a $500 POS corolla, I will see if my brother is going to be talking to Gup shortly.
  10. Is it for a FWD or RWD, It should do but I think it would be easier to get a 4a cover since the 3a was only available in rare models, if you need a RWD one you will have to get one out of an AE85, AE70 or an AL2* corolla, tercel or corsa (can't remember what one had the N/S motor, The AE81 (fwd) will be very hard to find here. EDIT: That farken GGGGGGGG button.
  11. With rally cars try to keep all the electrics inside so they don't get wet when you go through water.
  12. It's too stop wankers in $500 commodores entering in there, would you take a car you have spent over 50 grand on to run around with a bunch of 17yo bogans in a heap of shit, It is a different story with the turbo torana that looks standard. Sorry if it offends but I am actually one of the people who complained about seeing shit boxes roll around out there.
  13. That is quite expensive for a 4 pipe manifold well almost double the price of the one's I used to make, General rule was $100 a cylinder and $200 for parts.
  14. As Ian said, The AE93 sx is actually an AE92 with AE93 stamped on the model plate, Look at the chassis number/vin and then the model code... Cheapest P plate friendly mod is to just buy an AE93sx but the 4afc/4afe does go pretty good how they are.
  15. Well I wouldn't walk there :) Dunno if I will be spectating this year.
  16. No mine was doing the same thing 6 years ago after I put a new pump on, I took the pump off and realised the diaphragm was opening later then the one that was one it (which was removed due to a worn diaphragm), I took it back to autobarn and told them it was farked and an argument proceeded that I was wrong so after 10 mins they jumped on the phone to to the manufacturer (fuel miser I think it was) and there response was yeah mate we had a batch of bad diaphragms so I ordered a different one and it was good. My main problem was if I started the car up and let it idle it would stall as soon as the carby was empty of fuel and I used to have to start it with carby clean. EDIT: I have the carby off my car here if you wanted me to send up so you can try it.
  17. I think that the common engine I was thinking of is the 3sf/ge, I will see if my dad has some, Wonder if 5m cressida plugs are the same.
  18. AE82 bigport redtops have the same plugs on the injectors, 2JZ injector plugs should fit or give these guys a call: http://www.efi.com.au/parts/index.html I know there is another engine with the same plugs that is very common but I can't remember what it is, If I remember I will let you know.
  19. You ever thought the fuel pump isn't working 100% because that it what I am believing is your problem.
  20. You will need a dizzy from an ae80/2, give the carby a clean with carby clean (in and out), change plugs, filters and oil.
  21. Manual or auto, Possible the reverse switch is faulty, I can have a look at it if you need.
  22. Good to see you are plating it with toyota genuine steel :hmm:
  23. Definitely replace the filter, tank is only a pain in the ass to pull out when it is full of fuel, if you were in QLD I could of helped.
