If someone pulled out in front of you and you had no chance of stopping then they are in the wrong as they failed to give way, if you were tailgating and the car in front slowed or stopped and you hit them then you are in the wrong. I should know, I have failed to give way to a car and pull out in front of it, I got fined for failure to give way.

200 - 300km is the average for them, you can get a nice SX/GTI for under 3k, the AE9* are not really prone to rusting like the AE8* was, just check to see if it has a good service life and blows any smoke. My mate has a SX seca with RJR wheels and it is lowered and it still looks like a very clean car, not one to be picked on.

Depends how much room they leave, if they pull out with like 10m to spare and you hit them then they have failed to give way, if you were 100m up the road and just hit them then you failed to stop.

Fail to give way on their behalf but depends on how much room they leave.

That is what I am referring to, the GZE will be 42mm. Did a search on the 4af and there is a post saying that they are 18mm but I would have thought they were 20/42 being a later engine. They are just crap, a lot have been fixed/replaced before they even seen 150k and they are not a cheap ecu, you could do an aftermarket ecu, new manifold and still have money left over for other mods or just put that money into buying another turbo computer.

So because they don't list them then they don't exist? I have had to buy stuff from overseas because the company that manufactures/sells it over here has never heard of it or does not want to bother with it.

ECU and manifold is all you have to worry about.
