  1. But with the spacer like that one you can run the risk of bottoming out AE92 Inserts into AE86 front struts Edit - so maybe a spacer at the top of the strut and a spacer at the bottom of the strut. And there goes the rest of the arvo of internet for me, my boy wants youtube.
  2. Spacers in the strut tubes. The old Garage Dori site had an article on how its done. "Fitting Corolla AE92 Front Shocks into Corona TT132 or AE86 Struts" By the looks of it the only Garage Dori site now is the forum http://www.garagedori.com/
  3. ke70 struts are narrower than ke3x/5x. The only thing that needs to be changed is the top hats (aka bearing plates) The ball joints on the sigma arms are a bigger diameter so the holes on the steering arms have to be hogged out.
  4. I agree with the pay to send it back and he pays to send the correct one to you. My thoughts on it would be that if he's not going to come to the party on the postage then stuff him and drop into the closest supercheap and buy the correct plug then and there, that way you've got the correct plug and not waiting for, hopefully, the correct one to show up. I know its a pain in the arse having to fork out an extra $15 or so cause of the phuck up but also its a piece of mind knowing that you've got the right plug.
  5. You've also dialled in what could be called "active" camber From Autospeeds - Beginners' Guide to Front-End Angles, Part 2 My question - why do you want to go so low for ?
  6. Some people are just idiots. Its bad business what they've done cause now i'm going to ask who it was so that when i finely get around to doing up a trailer i won't be going through them at all. When you go to wire up the new plug. Trailer Wiring Diagrams If you get stuck on the wiring.

  18. Blooming hope so, cause i'm looking at getting a c-dan with a roady and 6 months rego for about a grand And with how the prices are going, i could just give it a buff, a wax, vacuum the interior, throw some pretty mags on it and sell it off for about 5-6 grand :D

  20. Thats when you start thinking of a diff swap. Hydraulic rear ?
  21. What. have. you. done ?!? Or should i ask you tomorrow ?
  22. I did the central locking on my old '30 http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/36792-towes-turtle/page__st__60#entry479755 The front ones are pretty straight forward. The solenoids are straight below the door locks at the bottom of the doors. The back doors aren't as straight forwards, the only problem is the rods need to be knicked in about three places. Shave the rear door handles and swap the front ones from a different model car. Still keep the lift up handle style but something a bit later.
  23. Mechanical has its merits but i prefer electrical myself. From memory when i had my old ae82 seca i had the temp gauge separate but i just don't remember where i had it on the motor The grounding part of the sender unit is the metal body itself. If your planning on using a "rad hose sender mount" i wouldn't be too worried about a grounding wire (on the ones i've seen they've never had one), unless the coolant's plastic or something its a pretty good conductor of electricity
  24. Awesome mate, awesome work. Congrats on the win
