I've seen some going for over 100 bucks I'm more into the "Error collecting" Which can go for the higher top dollar.

Did have a crap load more, close to a hundred or so, that went up over the door and under the books over to the corner wall. But my boy kept on pulling them off the wall and taking them out of their packets, playing with them and either bending the wheels or just losing them. Thankfully the little sod never got to the collector models. Cause of it i've had to take them off the wall and put them in a box.

First off, have you checked all the connections, including battery terminals ? Not dirty ? Tight etc ? Have a set of jumper leads ? Should be able to do it with the jumper pack, as long as its charged. If so then pull the starter motor out, sit it on the ground. The positive cable on the jumper leads is like normal - positive lead to the positive terminal on the battery and then connect it to the big nut terminal on the starter motor. And negative lead is connected to the negative terminal on the battery. the body of the starter motor is ground or negative so tap the negative end of the cable onto the starter. Might need to have a foot or a hand on the starter cause it'll jump around when the starter turns over. You'll get some sparks and either just clicks from the solenoid (the motor part would need to be rebuilt) or a click and the motor turns over (which means you've got a bad connection somewhere).

The "click click" noise is the solenoid not getting the power to switch on and stay on for the starter motor to be able to wind over. Something else that could be happening is that the cog on the starter isn't meshing with the teeth on the flywheel a couple of tries from the starter should have it meshed correctly, sometimes putting the car in gear and rocking the car back and forth will help. But it'll be making more of a metallic clack clack noise if that was the case.

Was the bonnet frame vacuum formed ? How many layers of the chopped 'glass did you use ? I'd be thinking you wouldn't have used that many cause the garage door can be seen through the 'glass. Wicked cool but.

Chewing the fuel like there's no tomorrow. Which comes back to needing the thermostat. Its very close to being the same thing as running the coolant system of the motor without the thermostat. The coolant stays cold, will not be able to remove any "hot-spots" from the head, cause the thermostat acts like a blockage slowing coolant flow. Increased fuel usage Increased engine wear - this is the only one different to the oil. But both the increased fuel and wear can be closely related to both coolant and oil. I like that idea cause you can also add wings to the sides and oil control flaps inside the sump. You'll be able to dump a full 5L bottle of oil into the motor and not have to worry about if correct amounts when you do oil changes. Unless the motor has problems, which in turn would mean the oil cooler would just be a band aid fix. Or its very hard working.

Not always, the chest infections i've had its been clear crap and the occasional clear with a touch of green. Not condoning it but have a google cause there is a few home remedies you can do yourself. but you would be best off going to the doc. Otherwise take a trip to the hospital and tell them that you have sharp pains in the chest which is causing difficulty in breathing, a touch of the runs and that it feels like your breaking out in cold sweets or chills that feels as if its coming from inside you (wear a long sleeve shirt at the minimum) Always keep a ton of water at hand and keep drinking every so often cause you won't notice it but you'll be getting dehydrated from the infection. If those chills or cold sweets do break out get off your arse and see the doc or the hospital asap.

Talking to my dad last week and found out that give or take a month or two he'll needing a car. Kind of makes me regret selling the ke30 but he put my mind at ease cause he's more thinking of a ute or something. Anywhats, driving around town, i spotted a nice ke70 wagon sitting on the side of the road for sale but no price. Told dad about it and he's pretty chuffed about it so now all i have to do is find out the price and let him know. About a '83 model - it has the slant nose, or is that '84. Has a 4k motor, not the 4a. Manual - not sure if its a 4 or 5 speed. Roady and rego'd A quick look over it and i couldn't see any rust, through the windows the interior looked clean. So i'm thinking somewhere around the 2500 maybe 3000 mark.

Coughing up any phlegm ? Cause it makes me think chest infection. But then again a chest infection the cough is generally localized with sharp pains around the chest when you cough. Been to see the doc about it ? And a slap to the back of the head if you haven't cause a chest infection is where pneumonia can start from
