  3. Thanks champ, time to do some research on these beasts! I thought the tail lights looked a tad generic, also this one has a white vinyl roof.
  4. Sexy as mate, look after her.
  5. I'll be there! Sounds awesome.
  6. I know i don't see many of them but i have no idea how rare they are. Really if i was buying it i wouldn't care either as it just looks cool! I'd pay on condition, and as it is in a far from roadworthy condition there is no way he'll get anywhere above 2 grand. Also Tate, what engines did these have and what is the model designation? Thanks mate.
  7. Spotted this on Brunswick Rd in Brunswick this arvo. Had some rust that needs to be cut out. Good buy but only for $1000 - $1500. Enjoy.
  8. Ooooooooo. That looks purty! This thing will feel like it's on rails, great progress mate.
  9. Nah mate, i still owe you from the from the High Rolla's team tops!
  10. Nah mate i'll be going for a newer style one when i do. It's your choice of either white or red.
  11. Bahahahaha. I have a rollaclub rear window sticker for you as well if you'd like.
  12. Nice find bowler... recirculating ball steering is normally nice on these little cars.... i suspect yours could do with a nice tighten up. It would make a wonder of difference. Good luck with it all and i'm sure we'll get to see more of this beast.
  13. It will when I spray the engine bay! Get some more things polished and braided lines too but that will be a while off.
  14. Now why would you do that? That has to be the absolute hardest way of solving the problem. Just cut out the section where the crossmember doesn't clear and re-weld.
  15. mmm very nice Tate. Those wheels are sexy and lol at the cat.
  16. After some cleaning yesterday i accidentally stuffed up my rear rollaclub sticker (it lasted over 2 years). So added a toyota owner's club rear sticker that i got on Saturday. Don't worry guys i'm still representing rollaclub with my stickers on the side. Also an update shot of my cleaned up engine bay. Matt.
  17. There's nothing wrong with teaching your son car control! My dad did. I'm sure all us rollaclubbers do our "stunts" on private property. Good work guys keep it up!
  18. i'll just put up some random shots without plates as i can't be bothered blanking them out! Check out how clean the calipers and pads are!
  19. Thanks for the pics and vote silverra23. Was absolutely wrapped to come away with best engine bay. Congrats to Dave for taking home so many trophies. A massive thank-you to Andy (BKS) for organising such a great day and weekend (for those who went cruising i'm sure). The amount of work he went to, to get this day up and running was superb. Top job mate. I might put up some pics that i took. Matt.
  20. Pics of tacho as promised, all be it phone quality. And how she sits now, ready for the Toyota owner's club show and shine tomorrow.
  21. Cool, i will see you all at Brighton Toyota then. Now to begin cleaning!
  22. Careful with ammonia Josh, as that will most likely remove your tint and your rear demister. Great to see this little project is still going along. Best of luck. Matt.
