Those rims look soooo small after seeing photos of it with the other ones. I think you can get chrome bars that came out on 70/71's from overseas. They are chrome with rubber ends.

That doesn't work these days. They make you take the labels off the bottles in an exam otherwise you're not allowed to have them. LOL.

I rolled my newest addition to the Corolla collection today, out in the paddock.... grrr. I had good plans for that car. Anyone want some ke70 parts?

The 1.3litre engine is a 4k so if you had that motor you would need change a few things. 4a's are 1.6litre. Having a car with a 4a makes the conversion to 4age a lot simpler. T50's are a Toyota gearbox and would already be in the car if it's an ae71 with the 4a motor.

I don't know the paint code or anything but I'm pretty sure the colour is called "willow green".

They are a straight swap. All you need to do is take out the k40 and put in the k50. If the gearbox is from a ke55 and you're putting it into a ke30 you won't need to cut a hole for the shifter.

Just don't take any notice and keep using the aftermarket gauge.

4L is heaps. Just do what furry frog suggested and put 3L in and top up if needed.

Does it have lowering blocks?? If it does that could be your problem.
