What engine are you planning on using? I don't have a surge tank myself, but that is mainly because my car is strictly a daily driver. The Twin SU's on my worked 5K seem to get enough fuel from a simple External Elec Fuel pump in the boot. I somehow get the feeling that you are going much bigger than 5K though. I would assume that the two are interchangable. However I believe the KE55 has a different design/layout to the KE30. Just depends which layout you like better. The first Pic is a KE55 Dash. The second Pic is my KE30 dash.

Are they a special type of bolt? If not - Can you just go to your local "Nut and Bolt Place" and grab some Hi-Tensile Bolts. Thats all i did on my 5K. Along with some some Spring washers and some Loctite.

Ahhh Top Gear. I have a nice little collection of these movies. For those that don't already know, Top Gear is on SBS at 7:30 Monday nights (for Melbourne viewers at least).

All suggestions are welcome, and I'm sure Tiger was not having a crack at anyone. So its all good. Since alot of us don't know each other personally, its just better to make sure everyone knows what is expected and what will not be tolerated (hooning, wheelies etc) as this is a reflection on Rollclub as a whole. There are a few cars being built at the moment, and are expected to be finished soonish. Personally, i would like to wait a month or so for these blokes to come along too. My engine is undergoing a reco in the next few weeks, so that counts me out for anything within the next month at least.

I think its easier for everyone if they bring their own food and drink. That way no one will miss out, and people get to eat what they prefer. Thats what I understand anyway. don't forget your sunscreen.

Speed humps Would cure it. Speed humps slow people down. Thats what they do. He's willing to travel at 100km/h+ in a 60km/h zone. Do you think that changing a sign from 60km/h down to 50km/h, will slow people down? I honestly don't think so. People used to speed down our street even with 50km/h signs. The council realised it wasnt working, so they installed 4 speed humps in my street, and about another 15 total, in the surrounding streets. But at the end of the day, its not in your hands to decide whether you get speed humps or not. If/When the council pulls their finger out, they will send surveyors and assessors to have a look at your street and give their verdict on the best possible solution to the problem.

Yep, i was watching it. Gilchrist always comes up with the goods *when he's not getting out*. I am just waiting until Brett Lee gets revenge on that bowler that was glareing at him after every bowl. Australia still has a lot of work to do though. They are seriously struggling at the moment. I'm no expert on the game, but I think its time to axe a few of the opening batsmen like Matt Hayden. However it's refreshing to see a game that is not dominated by the Aussies. At least the last few days will be exciting.

I think its great that you took the photo's. Now you can send the pics to your local council and request that they install speed humps. Be persistant. Make heaps of calls and write letters. I live near what used to be a dangerous intersection. We did the same thing. We now have roundabouts and speed humps. Now the hoons just do wheelies between the speed humps :D It may sound cold. But i'm glad that this bloke came unstuck, before he killed an innocent person. You see it all the time. You play with fire and your going to get burnt. Lets hope when he's well enough to leave hospital, the police slap him with a huge fine and take his license away.
