  1. Ahh good. You can give mine a quick tune then too. :D No seriously. I think my 4 channel amp is playing up, so i'll pick your brain on the day.
  2. There are many shops that stock the parts your after. Alot of people on here swear by "Pedders". They stock a variety of strut inserts and shockers. They also have lowered springs for your car. Monroe also stock the parts, but are not very popular among most members. There are heaps of other budget brands like "Gabrielle" (Supercheap Auto Special). I have a set of "Kings" and "Lovells" Lowered springs sitting next to me for my KE30. Just waiting to the christmas break to do my girlock brake upgrade at the same time and see which spring will sit at the right height for me. I also have a set of "Boge" Strut inserts here that i plan to try out. Then their are "Koni's". $$$$ If its for a road car, and you want value for money - Most people would suggest a set of Pedders lowered springs (or Custom Springs), matched up with some Pedders Shocks. I think i have Pedders Comfort Gas in mine at the moment. My KE30 has an extra leaf in the rear and Pedders Gas Shockers. Its very stiff, but I like it that way.
  3. Mine costs me $11.50/month. :) Yep, i have no life. I can't stand SMS'ing. You can either spend 15mins and a few bucks typing messages back and forth OR you can just make a 30sec call for 30'ish cents.
  4. Its on the Holidays. Come on down and make a week of it. That goes for you too Jamie. :D I think i owe you a few Bourbons for all the help you have given me.
  5. Yep, I'll back him up on that one. :lolcry: Muller - Paintshop is fine. Just open your pic in the program. Click on the "IMAGE" toolbar at the top and select "STRETCH/SKEW". Then in that window reduce the "STRETCH" percentages for both Horizontal and Vertical. Try about 50% and save it as another file...........so you don't lose your original. OR email them to me and i'll get it sorted for you. [email protected] Ohhhh and Welcome. :jamie:
  6. Count me in.
  7. Awww shucks. :P Its all in the keyword. Well that..........and open heaps and heaps of windows.
  8. I googled myself crazy and only came up with these. One is the same pic as yours, but the writing on the boot is a bit clearer. Ohhh the pain of failure. :P
  9. don't feel too bad about it. Theres only about half of us that have Corolla's as everday road going cars. Theres a few in the process of being hotted up and customised like Tigers. The rest are either club cars, or club cars in the making. Either way, its great to see the number of members growing.
  10. Heres the specs on Gemballa GTR 750 EVO pictured above. Click
  11. Vic Roads have added a new feature to personalised number plates. You can now create Cutom Mix Plates. Click "Q1KTOY" is available for only $495 :P I guess someone manually approves your selection for censorship reasons. Try it and youll see.
  12. Welcome to the both of you. Its good to see people people still going the KE30 option. Especially the 2 doors. We know their the best looking of all the Corolla's, closely followed by the KE25's.........right Jamie? :P Tiger and I are currently discussing a meet/cruise/BBQ for later in the year or early January. The VIC section is slowly growing, and its time we all meet each other (again for some of us).
  13. Thats the Spirit. :P
  14. Yep, looks like you spotted me. Welcome to Rollaclub by the way. I can hook you up with a Sticker for your car too if you like.
  15. I wonder if you could use the money to transplant a newer and less pollution producing motor into your old Rolla. Just a thought.
  16. Noooooooo. You better not be talking about hacking up a ke30 2 door. That should be a punishable offence. :P
  17. Yep. :P Then theres Jamies, and that pic he posted of the one with flares. :)
  18. Drop me a PM if you are seriously interested and we'll work out a price. Where are you from anyway?
  19. LOL, been there and done that with my stock 4k. Its long gone now, thankfully. Cheap Detergent works best though. Rolla_Boy- The car looks schmik now. In the first pic the rear looks a little high, but then it looks fine in the rest of the pics. Maybe its just the angle of the driveway that makes it look decieving.
  20. Hello and Welcome. Nice car, very clean. I must say that the KE20's and KE25's are really starting to grow on me.
  21. Good Job Colin :D . It certainly looks the part. At least you can re-design and move forward for next year. Its a shame about missing out by 2 points though. :hmm: I guess your a Secondary School Teacher? Did the School donate some funds to get you started, or are all the sponsors to thank for that?
  22. Your yellow Rolla kinda reminds me of mine. The photochop is a nice height though. Its Low, but it doesnt look excessive. Good Work :hmm: You may find you will have to chop the rear bump stops though. I got sick of mine slamming on the stops, so i machined them down to give another 40mm-50mm of suspension travel. Mine
  23. Hi and Welcome to Rollaclub. Got and pics of your car to share?
  24. Sorry that this is a little OT, but i normally use an off the shelf HG (whatever they are made of) and rarely have dramas with them. I'm curious about these Graphite ones though, as i have never heard about them. Who makes them? Do you guys just order them through your local auto parts shop?
