  1. Hey guys thanks for the comments, if anybody can help please let me know http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/58449-ke2-crossmemberfront-suspension/page__p__587101#entry587101 Fuel Cell is a 57 litre (16 Gallon) Tank, the sender unit included. The heat wrap definitely didnt go very far but i did manage to get it just past the gearbox crossmember which isnt too bad. Cut/fitted/prepped bonnet vent ready for touch up paint Before pic of engine bay, all strip ready for a ckean and prep. After pic to come later....
  2. Fuel system bolted in, new boot seal fitted too (what a pain that was to fit!). Waiting on NOS bottle brackets New side mirrors, door got a can of paint as well Found a matching F/G vent for the other side of my bonnet, don't think ill use the aero inlet at the front so ill cut that off
  3. Old front end New front end, minus a few bits and pieces of course. Next was the boot/fuel set-up, trial fit of everything...
  4. All wrapped up! Thats 20 metres of heat wrap Transporting, i just like this pic so thought id add it. If anybody can help me with a front end set-up PLEASE let me know http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/58449-ke2-crossmemberfront-suspension/ Cheers, Ryan
  5. New look front end before a bit of touch up paint Next was to heat wrap my dump pipe and mid section exhaust, i chose black wrap of course! Mid section before being cleaned and prepped Dump pipe after clean and prep all ready to be wrapped
  6. The next plan was to get MORE AIR IN to the engine bay and HOT air out. I want to decrease overall engine temp and reduce overheating problems from prolonged hard driving. F/G vent above turbo location, aero catch flush mount bonnet pins So i had to attack the bonnet Then i attacked the front valence panel
  7. The look of the car has slightly changed from a sleeper to street/race mainly due to the fact I'm only interested in going FAST and need MORE AIRFLOW. So I started to bolt the interior back in My old passenger door had a massive hole/crack from my side mirror being ripped off by some lowlife Bolted in my new race seats, rollcage, 4 point harness and test fitted my hydro handbrake
  8. Cheers. New sub set-up, upgraded my amps at the same time. Now running a Kenwood MonoBlock and a Rockford Fosgate 4-ch
  9. Doesnt get much better IMO http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KB1Wrv0SiyQ&feature=related
  10. Hi Mark, Yes i removed the bump stop completely, Leaf springs are standard height. With the stock (old) leaf springs the diff sat on the bump stop which is why i removed it, the diff would hit the body on HARD launches and dented the floor slightly (maybe up an inch or so). Once i fitted the uprated (new) leaf springs I NEVER heard the diff hit again. Hope this helps. Cheers, Ryan p.s. I have some updates.... Ill post in here when i have more time
  11. Tempting to add to my collection....
  12. AE86 strut conversion is a better option, this has been discussed many times on the forum. I suggest you "search" and read up. Cheers
  13. Very depressing....
  14. I was able to raise my exhaust roughly 2 inches with the modfication. Used double 3mm plate but it is reinforced on the top and underneath. Its thicker/stronger than the stock metal so shouldnt be any problems with it later down the track.
  15. This is how mine is done, helped lift the exhaust up enough to stop any scrapping issues i had. Really like what your doing with the car
  16. thats a mean looking rear end!

  20. should make that power on about 10-12psi
  21. I had 211rwkw in my KE20 on only 10psi and that was mental! 300+ @30psi would be crazy! Top work love what your done with the car
  22. did you sell the W124?
  23. HA! I hated that car! It felt so torquey while cruising around but when you put your foot down it went no better.... Sounded good though and served it purpose (workcar/dirtbike transporter) Few more.....
