  1. Holy thread resurrection Batman. Just found these on ebay. Presumably SuperPro elected to make another run? Or perhaps old ones. Edit: Wrong link  Note they also sell the rear eye bushes previously noted as incorrect
  2. It's 4AGE equipped AE86 specific. Bottom photo, 5 wires on left hand side are for the front washer bottle/wiper motor. From memory, the 3 on the other side are for the rear washer? Large central wire I can't recall. If you are keen, go back to the same site I directed you to for the diagnosis manual and download the Electrical Wiring Diagram Book (Euro & General) and work them out.
  3. You can't. Unless you have spare idle jets lying around. Sure you haven't got an air leak somewhere? How did you balance them? Edit: http://www.redlineweber.com/html/Tech/dcoe_adjustment_layout_typical_i.htm
  4. Make sure the carbs are balanced at idle, throttle shafts aren't bent, and you carb linkage is acting evenly
  5. The diagnosis manual I gave you previously has all this info.
  6. You have an AE86 ECU so AE86
  7. Yes that is correct. Just head along to the wreckers and snip off a yellow 14 pin plug with a long tail of wires so you can join yours up easily
  8. Sorry, you need to be registered to view the for sale ads. It says: For Sale: TRD Multi ECU for 4A-GE, 2E-E and 2E-T engines Condition: Used (not by myself) Price & condition: €500,- pickup, shipping possible Extra Info: TRD Multi ECU. Set the type of engine and (TRD) camshaft duration by means of the DIP switches and the rotary switch. There are 4 more remote mounted switches wich controll stuff like fuel injection and ignition advance. Comes without the original box or manual. I do have a digital scan of the manual (in Japanese) however. I've never used this ECU myself as I only bought it to extract the data from the EPROM to compare it with my other TRD ECU's. This ECU will probably noy run on a stock engine since (according to the manual) the mappings are for the TRD camshaft only.
  9. Here's another one http://www.aeu86.org/viewtopic/trd-multi-ecu/t/12542
  10. 456 guests in the last 15mins?? Are we really that popular? Could end up being quite useful this interweb thingy....
  11. Hmm, I sent Dave an SMS about Adam's find and got a slightly cryptic reply.......
  12. Been trying to find it without success so far. Nearly bought Hot 4's by mistake but decided to open the plastic bag to check I had the right one. Old lady game me a dirty look. There better be a nearly naked girlie draped across the bonnet or I'm going to be disappointed!
  13. You're right as always, also doesn't have the inspection hole in the bell
  14. Up to about $100 or thereabouts if in good nick.
  15. TA22
  16. You don't need one. No point posting up a pic of the underside. Internally this junction box is very complicated. I know, I have pulled one apart before. Plus you don't need to know in your situation.
  17. Put a picture of the box including the shifter housing. You may have a T50 that is meant for a T series engine
  18. Once the postage and broker fees were added in, it ended up costing $550. I reckon that's pretty reasonable considering it is designed for my engine and my current engine specs are basically correct making it a bolt in. I am not out for every last kW or planning to spend endless dyno time to achieve it. And it has easy dial adjustability for ign and fuel. I have some cleaned series one 1GGTE injectors to run with it that are supposed to be 225cc. Initially I was going to try running these with an old HKS F-Con I picked up years ago but that would leave me with stock ignition maps. I came across it on yahoo by chance, and was pretty pleased to get it. As my profile suggests, I am a traditionalist, and things like this really appeal.
  19. Yes it does, and here is a picture. Fusible link is the pink thing on the left.
  20. In that case, your existing engine bay fuse box doesn't have an EFI fuse or provision for it, which the AE86 one does, even if a 4AC equipped version. For an ADM AE86, you simply pop the EFI fuse in the vacant spot. Since you don't have that, you can ignore any need for a fusible link, as your engine bay fuse box will be completely isolated from your added in fuel circuit relay.
  21. Yes, the EFI fuse is incorporated withing the fuse / junction box. The fusible link is there to prevent burning out the whole junction box in the event of a short. I presume you are putting this into a KE70 or some such which will have the lighting relays etc somewhere else.
  22. I'll leave that to the auto electricians on here, but I will point out, that this particular fusible link is their to protect the whole engine fuse/relay box, which includes the wiring relays etc. If you are simply wiring a supply to the fuel circuit relay, I shouldn't think it necessary to include a fusible link.
  23. You should be able to find one at any auto parts place. AM1 and AM2 are located at the battery clamp. AM1 should be 80A on an EFI car and AM2 30A I am not absolutely certain, but pretty confident, that the FLO.5G fusible link is the one located in the engine fuse/relay box in an AE86. This is a 30A fusible link.
  24. Go here http://www.aeu86.org/index/technical-ae86-manuals/cat/9/topic=5158 download the 4AGE Diagnostics Manual by Parrot. Pages 1-16 1-17 are a simplified wiring schematic which clearly shows the FCR wiring. Elsewhere in the book , the various critical circuits are clearly set out
