haha, yeah. Ive been meaning to do my spark plugs since friday. Just can't be FKD going to the shed, getting the ratchet, getting the plugs out of the glovebox and actually doin it.

def be done before christmas. wanna bring me a 4 or 7K EFI setup when u come down? Just hoping the block isnt cracked as the drivers side engine mount is bent. doent have any oil seepage so all should be good. if it is we just got some welding rods for doing cast iron at work so i'll get the welder to put them to good use. Had oil ALL over the intake and exhaust manifolds. due to a loose rocker cover, dum dums :)

a while me thinks. already spent all of last weeks pay as of saturday night (5K, wendys, cougar and cola and petrol) hope fully the machine work and pistons don't blow the cost out too much.

yea pretty much as i wrote on thw last page Bored and honed 40thou ACL pistons ACL bearings Balanced pistons, rods, crank and flywheel Either open up the chambers or slap on a 3K head to lower comp (BP if one comes up cheap) Possibly solid lifter it. Hydraulic lifters and non adjustable rockers scare me :D Slap the SC on the bugger. Now that this engine will pretty much be a new one with low comp i might wind up the boost a bit too :)

dunno if they can dyno tune it but I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.

Just letting everyone know that there are about 4 K50's at lonsdale UPI 1 in a white KE70 1 in a red KE30 with mass damage and missing 5K :) (gearbox is missing the clutch fork) 2 in a white or beige KE70 panno (1 in the tunnel and one in the back) there may be more but thats as many as i remember. Spotted me getting a 5K from an unlucky ke30 yesterday spotted a matt black ke30 at UPI Lonsdale around 2pm

more than urs :) came with an alternator and starter, no leccy dizzy and i left the manifolds there

Lets see the car control when the cars 4 wheel sliding towards the outside of a turn towards a drop. Seriously, there's a time and place for wet road sliding, yes i enjoy it but wet hilly roads at the dead of night is not the time nor place.

not on some of the roads this run takes you on. I did a test run with Luc a week or 2 ago in the dry, and i can say that even then, 1 bit of inattention could see you over the edge or in the trees.

U-pull-it my friend. Smithius (i think) told me there was a 5K there as he had picked the elec dizzy off of it that afternoon. Got anally reamed for price (no lube), but i wasnt going to leave it there. Seeing as i took it out all by myself.

yep, that was me. pulling the 5K out of the absolutely f@$kED ke30. also for anyone looking, it has a overrated early bonnet (chrome vents) overrated black door cards (apart fromt drivers door) overrated back seat and new looking petrol tank. Also has a 5spd with the 30/55 shifter position too. just look for the red ke30 with a missing drivers side strut and a massive hole in the drivers side floor where the front wheel has has sexy time with.

every hills run thru RC seems to be out north. I dunno if the northerners are too tight to come down south or don't wanna conceed that southern hills = win :wink:. Gonna change me plugs tomorrow morning to hopefully fix my missing issue. but I'm a DEFFINATE. running on 4cyl or not :lol:

yea, if so, I'm sure someone will let me know prior and i shall advise thos whose numbers i have to go straight to the carpark. regulars know where the carpark is and where we park.
