Good to see some dodgyness in rollaclub! One of the dodgiest things we've done is fix a pair of sagged springs in the back of a Falcon by wedging rubber between the coils of the spring.. dodgy...

I came across this on TPC and thought that it would be appropriate to post on here :hammer: But what would be the dodgiest modification that you or a mate has done to a car? Think bush mechanics :y: !

Havent got mine yet (thanks again xany!) but three cheers for all the work they do elsewhere; if the standards of the calendar are anywhere near the quality of the other work they do, then they'll be absolutely overrated! Good work boys!

Nah Repco $7 a can holts duplicolor, that is good paint, don't even worry about the extra money for K&H... You can smell the bloody difference between export and other brands, export is SHIT.

When i saw this thread i had the feeling that this question was going to be asked.. haha. My car is coming along too slow for my liking.. We finished getting the cage and that, and at the moment its ready for paint. Thanks to Preston (cheers buddy) as of tomorrow I will be the proud owner of his old 3K and radiator.. that will go in after the cage is in.. you would know what has to be done after that, having built a car yourself before. But we go over east on New Years and will be there til about the start of Febuary (spelling), so that means no build for a while. But hopefully between now and then the cage will be painted and the 3k dropped in. I have a question for you; when you put your cage in, did you do it in three or four sections? And did you pull the engine out to do that? Cheers, Dan.

But the patch of tire that makes contact with the ground constantly changes its area etc.. so it doesnt always stay the same. Also this is a different situation, the road stays stationary whereas the conveyor belt doesnt, different theory..
