  1. Pfft winamp3 was pathetic. It was post AOL buyout so no prizes for guessing who f@$ked it up. But winamp 2 was great. I hate the flexible skinning crap anyway hence I just run 5 in classic mode these days.
  2. More than enough there to keep you occupied for a while. Feel free to post a new thread with more specific questions.
  3. I disagree with G-Techs being allowed. If you can't be bothered to go to the track and do it in a safe and proper manner why should we be seen to encourage or promote illegal activity's on the street? (Obviously you're doing it on the street if you're G-Teching otherwise you'd just go to the track and do it properly)
  4. Apart from the fact that its owned by an evil evil corporation? Granted Winamps now owned by Time Warner...hardly as bad as Microshite
  5. Unless they're Holden Camiras for example....right??
  6. Classic Winamp (It really whips the llamas ass). can't go wrong :) Ive been using it since like 96-97.
  7. That is indeed the car I'm talking about :). The thing just hooks up off the line and just looks absolutely solid all the way down the strip. Its quite embarrassing compared to some of the PAC/Mazfix etc etc Aussie prepared cars that don't ever seem to look comfortable on the track. Edit: OKE055 shot. Trying to find more info on the car. http://www.rollaclub.com/board/index.php?a...ost&id=9753
  8. The 69 sprinter is a KE15. I'll see if Ive got photos of it...can't remember if I got any. Edit: Unfortunately none.
  9. Its not a translation at all. The word is actually Pakero and its only a slang word anyway.
  10. 3.9:1 Ratio U series (6 inch) Banjo front loader. 2 pinions non LSD.
  11. Its accually a KE15. And damn is that thing one well sorted car.
  12. Onya Xany :)
  13. Got a thread you feel should reside here for posterity? Make your nomination here for the Admins and moderators to consider.
  14. lmfao...thanks Trev :) Fixed About 2000 and 1200 views respectively. Not even close.
  15. And the current record holder with over 230,000 views is.... Teddy! and his KE70 Project thread KE70 Project thread
  16. Solid lifter conversion is in the FAQ http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit...Series/5K_Solid Still need someone to do a write up about using lifters from other motors etc.
  17. Turbosmart recommend you check the diaphragm every 6-12 months and more frequent depending on what kind of fuel and additives you use (chemicals like tolulene (read octane booster) are harsher on the diaphragm). It goes right down to 1 week checking intervals for nitromethane.
  18. They probably do suit a FWD corolla but these guys are after RWD manifold/extractors.
  19. What about the regulator? Could have blown the arse out of the diaphragm.
  20. Yes there are two different boxes, no they don't both fit. One will be a K50 (what you're after) and the other is a T50. Take a photo and we'll identify it. Easier than trying to describe the differences. Yes Give me a few minutes and I'll put my experience with this conversion in the FAQ. Edit: http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit...s/K50_into_KE20 My article from 2003 converted to FAQ format.
  21. Passenger side :D (at least for everyone that drives on the correct side of the road) I think thomos on the money with the panhard rod.
  22. An AVCR wont do it. A VAFC will. AVCR = boost controller SAFC = piggy back fuel VAFC = piggy back fuel with VTEC control
  23. I think the problem is more than the hydraulic lifters are fed through the rocker gear and down the push rod (Someone will hopefully clarify this...Xany?).
  24. You realise the 5K has hydraulic lifters and the 4K valve train is for solid lifters?
  25. AVCR is the "Actuator valve controller type R". Its a boost controller nothing more. The VAFC (not SAFC) is a piggyback fuel computer and was made for VTEC but you miiight be able to get it to work with VVT if you understand how its wired in.
