  1. How have you managed to break 5th and not 3rd! Reverse is understandable its not designed to take a thrashing. Ive got a couple of spare shifters under the house. Short shifters FTW though. Mines a genuine Tomei.
  2. For crying out loud on topic PLEASE
  3. Getting much fuel returning from the rail? That should tell you if the fuel pump you're using either can't pump enough pressure or is buggered. If its sparking your CAS is working so thats something you can cross off. AFM hooked up properly (both piping and electrics)? Also worth putting a multi-meter on one of the injectors connectors to see if they're being fired.
  4. camerondownunder88 can you please compile the list in the FAQ from now on. It'll eventually be lost if its left on the forum. Ive setup the page with your current list already. http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit.../K_Series/Heads
  5. *sigh* Some of you guys are having troubles following the rules. If its going to keep being a problem then this will be finished for good.
  6. No. Ive measured KE20 and KE30 myself. Not a massive difference, but enough to add more positive camber . Unfortunately for you, KE20s have the longest control arm out of the K series AFAIK. Sigma control arms may be the way to go. They add a fair bit on KE70s but probably a better amount on a KE20. Measure first though ;)
  7. Read the FAQ PLEASE! http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit...ne/K-Series/SUs
  8. I would recommend you take some off anyway. If that thing rubs on the end of the axles they will burr and you'll most likely NEVER get them out. Throw the whole lot out and start again.
  9. Good move ;) I think you'll have more fun with that than you ever would with a V8.
  10. He hasn't been online since the 25th of October....he aint coming back...
  11. CIG locker if I'm not mistaken. I doubt one of these could compete with a multiplate mechanical LSD (or maybe even a viscous!) but I guess its better than nothing.
  12. But neither do the TA/RA22/3/8, RA4x, RA6x...
  13. MkIV TA22 RA28 MkIV TA22 RA28 Granted things change over the years.... The MkIV supra even shares the same radio antenna position among other things. Do I sense a hint of bias?? ...and now I'm late for work ;)
  14. So spend money on good quality tires rather than oversized rims...
  15. Use KE70 hubs, rotors and calipers with KE30 backing plates and bearings.
  16. You would really have to talk to an engineer. With my Silvia I went from a CA18DE to an SR20DET. Now while the SR20DET is an "optioned" motor for the car in later models I still got it engineered for both motor and gearbox. I guess turbo is the big issue with the motor but the gearbox bolts up to all the standard points with the same mounts, a slightly rewired loom and the same gearstick & hole. So its got even more chassis commonality than an early K40 and a KE70 K50 but my engineer still mod plated it. You'd probably get away with the K40->K50 though because they look much the same.
  17. Sorry to post after you've locked this Xany but the only keyboard warrior here is Brendo. The rest of the guys are quite within their right to be pissed off. || this close to being banned Brendo. You're more trouble to have around than you're worth. Consider this the first and final warning.
  18. The one I despise the most is "Help". If I see another "help" I'm going to scream... ;)
  19. If you look at all the Supras from MkI to MkIV....long nose, fastback liftback and most importantly inline 6s. In fact the first three Marks had M series engines (MkII and III had other options as well). Most Celicas share similar body styles but they've never had inline 6s (as far as I'm aware) so I feel the Supra is based off it more so than the Celica.
  20. Looks like the mounting point has been smashed off the dashpot of the left one so you'd need to find some spares anyway.
  21. That attitude wont get you anywhere. In fact...do it again and you can have an enforced holiday. Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime
  22. Oh my GOD do some research FFS!!!!! http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit...es/Crossmembers Theres something for you to start with.
  23. I can't confirm it, but I wouldn't hesitate running a Gates belt. They make belts (are the leaders I believe?) for Top Fuel superchargers so your pair of camshafts are a walk in the park.
  24. 8kg/mm springs and 225/45R17 tyres don't like dirt roads.
