Thanks for looking. I had a setup very much the same, lots of the no advance symptoms etc. And my current attempt is with a DIY silicon chip, which was a very bad mistake. Impossible to run correctly. I've tried for quite a while to get it working correctly, was almost there and then another problem came up and the situation started snowballing, so I'm fed up with that idea. I'd like to get a hyperpack, but I can't source one. If I had one I'd have it running tomorrow. Any ideas on where to find one? Thanks again.

Hey there. I've been trying to build my own custom electronic ignition, but it's not working out how I'd planned. I want to get her running for the GOR. So, I'm after a How - To 4k to 4age on carby distributor setup. I have the parts, just need to know exactly what the set up is. I need to know how the distributor is put together. I remember seeing it somewhere when I first started the build but can't seem to find it again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys. EDIT: for clarification.

You don't need a longer tube, has about 25-35mm free, which is plenty. Slap some sigmas in with new bushes/balljoints and youre done. youll get about 2degrees, with everything else stock.

manual diffs whine in *e7*'s, Very Common. What's wrong with a 4ac? If it goes alright you don't need a new engine, save up and do it when you have the money?

ke30 seats are gonna be the easiest thing to find. THe only other thing remotely close will be some random suzuki only sold in egypt. Go find some from the wreckers. easy.

jimmy is right. It's not as if they aren't attached, they'll just come apart after a while if you don't weld it.

DO you have a plan for the layout of the cars? Or just get as many members' cars in as possible?

Yea sounds like the timing is out to me. Someone has been playing with your dizzy. Easiest way to see, is if it runs rough under load, and it should sounds reasonably ok while not in gear.

When did it start? Are you sure it doesn't miss all the time? Can you find out what the advance is at tdc? Does it get really hot? Does it use any fluids?

you have to appreciate it for what it is. its a better example of that type of modifying. Good on him. Probably spent a good 30k on it, he certainly loves his rollas.

by bigport I'm assuming you mean a 4age 16v bigport. The speedo cable will fit if its a manual, but it wont read correctly. And the fork most likely won't fit, its pretty easy to get one suited to the t50. Also PM me if you want to sell the 5-speed k50 :wink:

B terminal goes to the battery. It's purely for charging the battery. You can go through the starter motor. IG is ignition, goes to the ignition switch in the key S is sensor, goes straight to battery, to see how the battery is going. and L is Lamp, goes to dash lamp to show if the battery is charging.

why do you need a new diff?
