if you look head on with the carby theres a leaver and one of these put a spring on the leaver to the dash pot. make sure its not a hard spring or youll struggle to press the accelerator

carby still shit? put another return spring on the throttle leaver and disconnet the dashpot

use a early ke30 booster as there ALOT smaller and will bolt straight in

to adjust the cam timing. undo the tensioner/guide and the bolt securing the cam. take the bolt out and drop the cam sproket, when the chain has enough slack in move it a tooth on the crank. ill take a video if you want?
