hello all i am lloyd, if you didnt already know. when i had this head on my 4k would get what i imagine is a piston shudder under about 2000 or so rpm. bare in mind this was a totally stock motor to begin with and i am only guessing that it would about 11-1 comp. my motor was reasonably tired aswell. casey i wouldnt recomend using this head unless you get your bottom end balanced. if you want a bit more oomph just chuck a normal 3k head on it and a gemini carbie cheers, lloyd

do the inlet ports line up? most likely not. but if they do make yourself an adapter plate out of cardboard take it to a machine shop. tell them what you want if they have the equipment they will most likely make one for you for under a hundred bucks. if the ports don't line up. you will have to make a completly custom manifold

show us some pics of the rust. there is most likely a bit above the tail lights when i had my ke70 i just folded a bit of sheet metal up the right shape but a little bit smaller then cut the rust out weld the new peice in and a thin layer of bog over it. seing as the ke70 is a pretty boxy shape you should be able to fold up new sections out of some thin sheet metal pretty easily.
